Hi,

it is not often that a supporter of UKIP compiles a report on their current status - yes I am aware there are claims and spin by the ambitious and the gullible but in the main they are nothing more than idiotic attempts to dupe the gullible by the gullible who have been duped - or from members of the claque seeking preferment!

Niall Warry, after many years of association with UKIP and having held some of UKIP's highest offices, has, as a long term supporter, written a better than passible critique.

Niall Warry's critique being both informed and informative is by no means, yet another, desperate attempt to spin the truth to show optimistic victory in the face of palpable failure. Niall Warry shows both the failures and a way forward - more, sadly, than anyone in UKIP or its leadership seems to have the political intelligence to do!

I commend Niall Warry's critique and suggestions to you, not just because he is well informed but also because he has held relevant Office in the Party and as a supporter advocates simple and obvious solutions that are well within the grasp and remit of UKIP's leadership - however unprofessional and crass they may be!

Has UKIP achieved its aim and what next for UKIP?

I’m not actually sure what UKIP’s aim is and visiting their website left me none the wiser, but I suppose if we take UKIP’s primary AIM as this much quoted saying of Nigel Farage's :-
"We seek an amicable divorce from the European Union and its replacement with a genuine free-trade agreement, which is what we thought we’d signed up for in the first place."
Then you would conclude that to date UKIP has NOT achieved its aim, nor is ever likely to.

Interestingly, and I see this as quite revealing insight into Nigel Farage’s current psyche, he doesn’t appear to say this anymore or certainly with as much clarity as he once did.

Why not?

Does he in his heart think, like I and many others do, that the most probable outcome is that the EU is going to collapse at sometime in the future?

Has he therefore, given his style and temperament, decided to enjoy the EU gravy train while he is able?
Is this not also supported by the fact that Nigel Farage was founder and co president of the EFD, for the extra money it gave UKIP, despite as a Group being pro EU membership and containing some extreme racists and anti homosexuals.

The one thing Nigel Farage is not, is stupid, and so he must have concluded that, so long as the LibLabCon continues to hold sway at Westminster, with UKIP so hopelessly low in the polls and the EU ignoring the various referendums voting NO to Lisbon then, there is absolutely NO chance of anyone helping to initiate the EU’s demise least of all UKIP.

This certainly gives Nigel Farage a perfect excuse for never having had any Strategy, Tactics or Plan!

However the past is the past but, going forward, what could UKIP still do that would assist the overall Eurosceptic cause?



Benefits Analysis and our Exit and Survival Strategy
Well as I have constantly repeated of late it could spearhead the vital and necessary work of producing and publishing for free distribution a full Benefits Analysis of why we would be ‘Better off Out’ and also a comprehensive Exit & Survival Strategy to ensure a smooth transition from EU membership to simply trading with the member states.
In support of these two most vital publications, what else should UKIP do as the self proclaimed brand leader and still, despite the internal troubles, the only realistic Eurosceptic political party?



Next Euro Election
Despite agreeing with Alan Sked’s initial view, that UKIP should not go to Brussels, we are now where we are and keeping our representation in the EU Parliament does have some useful advantages if handled correctly. However the key places on the Regional MEP lists should go to high profile candidates, of some recognised public gravitas, like Tim Congdon from the party.

There are of course many from outside the party who would be ideal candidates. High profile candidates, who are already in the public eye, could generate far more anti EU publicity which, given the current state of the EU, could help finish it off!

Funnily enough keeping Nigel Farage for his media skills and recognition would make him a useful part of the team, but he needs to realise that he is not cut out to be the leader as his behaviour, judgement and divisive nature have clearly shown over the years.

So it would be churlish not to recognise that the Euro Elections are still UKIP’s battle ground from which, with better leadership, better candidates and a basic plan a great deal more and better quality anti EU PR could be achieved.



Next General Election
Unlike the Euro Elections the facts are: UKIP have not even come close in 18 years in getting an MP elected. In addition the only MP who rebadged to UKIP, Bob Spink, left shortly afterwards having changed his mind one can only assume once he realised what Nigel Farage’s EUKIP was all about.

To still be only attracting, in the main, around 4% in domestic elections after so long has little meaning or value. Even when they do achieve a higher percentage share of the vote it still usually leaves them trailing in 3rd or 4th place.

In our traditonal two horse race it is ridiculous, on current form, to believe UKIP will have any meaningful relevance for years to come.

So in this area, of failing to make any impression at Westminster after 18 years, Nigel Farage’s lack of any coherent strategy, tactics or plan are surely laid bare.

To improve this situation detailed research and analysis is needed so that UKIP only select a limited number of seats in which they might have the most impact and then concentrate all their limited resources to these seats.

The trouble is, particularly under Nigel Farage, that UKIP have not been able to demonstrate that they are any better than the other parties and sadly Nigel Farage’s record shows that under his leadership he is unlikely to ever convince the British public that UKIP has what it takes.

There are so many reasons which bar UKIP from making a break through at Westminster it is difficult to know where to start.

However just consider one of many examples of the muddle at the heart of UKIP.
As the ‘UNITED KINGDOM Independence Party’ they cannot even decide if they are for the Welsh Assembly or not. Recently the UKIP members in Wales wished to oppose the Assembly but Nigel Farage over ruled them.
Nigel Farage does manage to get some PR for his occasional outbursts of anti EU rhetoric but this has to be viewed alongside the overall smell of corruption in UKIP which, is there for all to see, and we can only assume will be used by the media in a manner of their choosing.

Given UKIP’s chequered history and policy confusions at its heart does anyone seriously think that the British people will ever vote in a UKIP MP?

Summary
UKIP under Nigel Farage’s leadership will never be good enough to seriously compete or beat the LibLabCon and so will sadly continue to be an irrelevance. By way of consolation, as one part of the Eurosceptic Movement, they can at least look forward to the EU’s collapse knowing, along with the likes of Jimmy Goldsmith’s efforts to keep us out the Euro, that they did have a walk on part in this drama!

However the job is far from done and the two big outstanding jobs that need to be tackled, and UKIP are ideally suited to take this on, is first to complete a Benefits Analysis as to how much better off we would be outside the EU and second to publish a detailed Exit and Survival Strategy to go into the detail of how we extract ourselves from the EU to make our withdrawal as smooth as possible when the time comes.

Repatriating powers from Brussels needs to be carefully planned for as the old saying goes:
“Time spent in preparation and planning is seldom wasted”.
Can EUkip once again become UKIP and rise to these two important challenges with a strategy, tactics and plan for the next Euro and General Elections that will assist and support these two most vital publications?

Little wonder with shinning examples like the low life liar Derek Clark and the cowards in their claque they have fielded such a lack luster array of nobodies & Farage chums for The London elections!

A list including such Party Luminaries as the liar, cheat and criminal spammer Mick McGough and I note Lawrence Webb has lost his job as Regional Organiser, could this be a last minuter effort to avoid prosecution by OLAF or some such?

it was interesting to note whilst watching The EU Parl Employment Committee that Nikki Sinclaire has not only been appointed as a full committee member as an Independent British MEP but has made her mark with a sound speech in debate whilst the racist anti Jewish pro EU membership EFD delegate, the UKIP MEP Derek Clark sat in lumpen silence looking as if he hadn't a clue what was going on - neither making a speech nor any effort at intervention.

As a dishonest and corrupt liar Derek Clark is of course wrong footed by his lies about his fraud and attacks on individuals to cover up his incompetence and his criminal use of public money that recently led to him being ordered to repay a substantial amount of money, which he had purloined!

That The EFD made no intervention speaks volumes of their utter irrelevance as today shrinkage of The British economy was announced and builders in Wales werre warned to expect a further 4%^ shrinkage at least with no chance of any upturn before 2013 (there was no reason given for ANY upturn as banks continue to fail to lend money for house purchases in the expectation that property prices will continue to fall with the related collapse in employment).

Well done Nikki Sinclaire for actually making a speech to highlight the issues.

I note that in a long piece in The Western Morning News  CLICK HERE The EFD MEP UKIP's John Bufton was very briefly quoted relative to aid for Cornwall - The article which extensively quoted The Tory EUroSceptic George EUstace MP.

Considering just how corrupt MEPs are I note there is still no effort being made by the undeniably corrupt EU who are covering up the criminality of MEPs by refusing to publish The Galvin Report naming those whose criminality led to them being forced to repay money they had stolen. We hear this includes amongst others Nigel Farage but as ever he refuses to confirm or deny the widespread rumour - just as he failed to confirm that he had broken his promises to UKIP members and the electorate at large by paying his wife £30K a year in a dishonest act of self enrichment thought to be in compensation for his 'errant' behaviour!

This letter from the outgoing Tory MEP was interesting:

This would be far more impressive had her resignation as an MEP been on ethical grounds rather than as it seems to provide for 'Buggins' Turn' particularly when the Buggins in question is the next on the Tory list.

An interesting thread has materialised on The UKIP controlled and utterly dishonest Anthony Butcher's blog with the dishonest and cowardly UKIP claque trying to defend The EFD position over Gibraltar when we understand Nigel Farage is still far from welcome in Gibraltar after some deal involving an alleged £800,000 of timber!!!

I note one of The EFD supporters a low life too ashamed to use his name has deliberately misquoted Niall Warry to try to distort the facts to present his/UKIP's dishonest spin. Again and again the cowards in UKIP like Independent UKIP, Gothmog, Skeptyk, SDP and the like hide their lies behind anonymity having never ONCE identified a single solitary consequential inaccuracy or effort to mislead in any of my postings - but we all know bullies and liars are usually cowards.

Mr Cameron stated in Westminster yesterday that only two options confronted him at last week's summit.
A new treaty without the negotiated safeguards Britain required or no treaty at all.
He rightly chose no treaty.
But with this failure he left his, and the Conservative parties EU policy in tatters. He mistakenly and naively promised the British people that he could repatriate powers from the EU and that he could safeguard British interests.
But such negotiations are not possible with the European Union, -
a Union that blatantly and negligently disregards sensible economic rules,
You even broke your own rules in the Maastricht criteria. Just so your beloved political project of European federalisation could move one step further.
In your negligent actions you cause financial hardship for people across Europe, people you constantly ignore in referendums or deny them even the opportunity to have their say.
Mr President, my country was right not to go along with your economic negligence to protect our interests
The British Prime Minister having had his electoral pledge on renegotiating Britain's relationship with the EU undermined and discredited, has finally faced up to the inevitable by refusing to have any part of this latest doomed rescue plan
Mr Cameron´s EU policy of negotiation is now in tatters and only a referendum on Britain's future membership of the EU is a viable solution.
Democratic integrity demands nothing less.

The British people demand nothing less.

Hi,

it is almost unbelievable just what a mess UKIP leadership are in - unless I am being set up by two completely unrelated sources that are usually very reliable!

Had it not been confirmed to me I can assure you I would NOT have published as I find it hard to believe even UKIP can be so crass and unprofessional!

I gather that whilst Farage is abusing his family friends and has used them to make a pantomime of the UKIP NEC for their past allegiances with The BNP.

We have festering idiots on various forums like Independent UKIP and the implausibly contrived Arthur Fonzanelli and the odious and particularly stupid Mick McGough making much of chucking BNP members out of UKIP - Meanwhile Farage had meetings with emissaries of the BNP in the past
When it is stated he was making overtures to The BNP.

Just as he employed the extremist Mark Croucher who could be relied on to construct and contort any lie for personal gain it seems, much as fantasists like Douglas Denny and Mick McGough or even Derek Clark, Graham Booth, Tom Wise, Jeffrey Titford & Nigel Farage  who haves been all to ready to lie, cheat or steal from the public purse as The OLAF reports have shown!

You will recal according to the public claims of Stuart Agnew he and David Bannerman were stealing money fraudulently as did Derek Clark & Graham Booth before them to fund political party staff - in the case of Agnew's boast of dishonesty and corruption it was to fund The Regional Organiser for UKIP Eastern Region.

This case has led to an OLAF enquiry which at last update from OLAF was ongoing.

Interestingly Peter Reeve was recently shown to be a contributor to a Tory publication recently published by his chum David Bannerman.

This of course has led to a row in UKIP's Eastern Region as even Gollom became involved and seems to have set aside his personal crusade against cats to make much of the issue - he of course has never forgiven Peter Reeve for having failed to defend his corruption of the Eastern Region MEP selection process and is all too well aware that the odious pair Reeve and his doxy Lisa Duffy the mare of Ramsay are angling and wangling in every way to establish themselves as leading candidates for MEP in 2014 - Won't UKIP's Essex idiot be miffed cosequentially failing to see just how much hard he has personally done UKIP with his vile behaviour! We note Gulleford already is more than a little miffed!

It is amusing that Gollom can not see the hypocrisy of making much of Reeve providing work for The Tories, when he himself has for many years tried to ride two horses as an employee in Chelmsford (and before) for UKIP whilst serving his original master the Labour Peer David Stoddart, but then again Gulleyford never was very bright or particularly trustworthy!
Returning to The BNP issue: You may also remember that Farage PERSONALLY approved Alan Hardy's membership of UKIP after he had briefly been in The BNP - only for UKIP to then lose a Court case and their ridiculous appeal which would seem to have cost UKIP almost as much as Derek Clark had ripped off the public purse for!
Now we have the idiotic Wee Willie Dartmouth apparently toddling off to give a speech to The BNP members at Star Tavern in Belgravia this evening at 19:00hrs.
Keeping up with the duplicitous vagaries of UKIP leadership is quite a task it seems! They so lack professionalism, an understanding of ethics or any integrity as to be unfit for purpose - However we may be seeing a re-allignment to ajust UKIP policy in The UK to occupy the racist cause with the antics of Gerard Batten their interest in Immigration Policy by Petition but clear lack of support for The Petition to hold a Referendum on In/Out of The EU via Parliamentary debate.
A re-allignment to accord with their vile extremist chums in the racist, anti Jewish, violent and anti homosexual EU Revisionist Group The EFD in The EU.
The BNP have many overlapping policies with both The EFD in general and UKIP in specific!
So either Wee Willie is having another of his aberative tantrums or has been set up by Farage as an emisary for UKIP who can be disowned and abused in future.

We are intrigued to learn that William Dartmouth will be addressing a meeting of a BNP front group at the Star Tavern,  6 Belgrave Mews West, London, SW1X 8HT (10 Nov). The nearest tube station is Knightsbridge. The meeting will get underway at 7pm.

IT WOULD SEEM I WAS CORRECT

I issued a caveat at the start of this article stating that I MAY be being set up with this information - I have checked back and it was NOT the intention of my sources but it seems there was a widespread distribution of information that eventually came my way that the faintly idiotic Wee Willie Dartmouth - as one of Farage's placed muppets, had been approached to speak with the dangerously unreliable Swinton Circle.

I say dangerously unreliable in that they have close links to the Racist groups and an indifference to criminality as they were happy to give both Lindsay Jenkins and Tom Wise platforms whilst they were facing criminal charges when it was abundantly clear they had colluded in defrauding the public purse and the fact that Tom Wise was a personal beneficiary of this fraud led to his pleading guilty and receiving a 2 Year Prison sentence.

The Swinton Circle were well aware of the nature of the criminality yet still provided support and a platform!

It would SEEM Wee Willie SEEMS to share my opinion of The Swinton Circle and declined their invitation to speak.

I apologise if I inconvenienced anyone, and am relieved that I included the caveat - sorry, my various informants were wrong but I do not believe they acted with any malice.

I was far from surprised to recieve a couple of phone calls that believed that the talk was called off after first Junius published the details and then I published independently, subsequently reading The Junius article I included it above. The number of people who seem to have heard about the talk and the rapidity of the attempted cover-up leads me to believe there may well be truth in the fact that the talk was merely 'pulled' at the last moment due to Junius and I both publishing the details we had independently heard.

I gather Junius' source was within The EU - mine were originally from Britain and a later confirmation was from The EU. I wonder who jumped in to speak at the last minute - though it is of little interest as few take notice of The Swinton Circle's little meetings.

I did not remember The Star Tavern from the 1960s when I used to visit occasionally though more often a client of The Plumbers:

I would imagine that the creator of this topic and the Junius editor(s) were hoodwinked by Mr Lance-Watkins and 'ran' with this entirely false story. I hope those who have helped spread this falsehood will follow the lead of Mr Lance-Watkins and offer apologies to its readers and to Lord Dartmouth. However, I hold little hope...
Clearly whoever writes this drivel has little command of facts despite the oleagenous and pathetic sneering style.

Lets look at what the fool has to say:

It is interesting that common belief 'seems' to indicate Wee Willie cancelled at the last minute, due to the publicity.

Fortunately I have NEVER been materially wrong in ANY of my many 1,000s of postings or my Blogs would not be so regularly followed - of course ANYONE finding an error PLEASE contact me amnd I will check it out and one day I may have to apologise for an error of cosequence, try as I might to ensure accuracy ethically.

I wonder if the idiotic Arthur Fonzanellie can identify a single error of consequence on ANY of my blogs over the last 15 years or so?

I am relieved to say it is very unlikely I will need to apologise as Fonzanellie has shown - My postings are as far as I can ascertain 100% accurate when posted - it seems that even the one in question may well have been also and its publication seemingly led to a change of plan but it will of course be denied! Such is the consistency of dishonesty of UKIP leadership and their parasites.

Reintroduce our legal system & its values
Remove the EUropean Human Rights Act
Renegotiate our trade position with the global market place
Re-evaluate the relationship between the various regions of the UK to Westminster

Yet despite this UKIP has only ever achieved less than 30 elected seats out of the 19,500 available in Governance of these United Kingdoms.

It would seem that the people have seen through the charade of UKIP and its self serving self enriching and squabbling leadership claque!

as for self determination - UKIP have failed after 20 years of expenditure and much carousing and gutter politics to either convince the electorate of their good intentions or to provide any kind of exit and survival strategy, vision or plan let alone strategy, organisational structure, professionalism or any kind of tactics - The electorate have noticed and in domestic politics have clearly ignored them as about as relevant as The BNP, The Greens  or The BFP.

At a time when the creepy Lib.Dims. are seemingly at an all time low UKIP has failed to come even close to ousting them in any single domestic seat at election whether general or by election.

The failure would seem to be largely due to total lack of OQ amongst its leadership in fact no Officer class whatever and populist as they may strive to be the public seek leadership from those they can respect - a quality astonishingly absent amongst the leadership of UKIP and its vile parasites mostly on the make and the take and willing to demean themselves in any manner just to achievbe their personal ambitions and gratification.
