Hi,

Sorry I should have picked this up sooner but with treatment etc. I have had a rather mixed week!

Perhaps with their very close links with The Tories; having been involved in a Tory Head Office scam, planting Stephen Sobey as a plant at UKIP Press Office, aided by Mark Croucher and presumably little Stephen's long term friend Annabelle Fuller - we note Stephen who has recently been expunged from her so called PR Company & would seem still to be a Tory asset.

In view of this and that Annabelle Fuller has obtained a clear reputation in some quarters at Westminster and has herself been involved in a long term relationship with a married MEP Nigel Farage of UKIP - Perhaps she or Stephen Sobey can throw some light on what seems a malicious attempt to seek publicity.

They must surely be aware of who made these allegations as there is a limit to the number of individuals in their 20s 'working' the Westminster bubble, and surely someone with such a track record of dishonesty, corruption and underhand behaviour must surely be all too well aware of an individual who would make such claims.

Let us hope the matter is rapidly cleared up for the sake of The MP's reputation as since there was someone conveniently on hand to film the incident, surely it does seem just like the sort of disreputable allegation that someone with Annabelle Fuller's track record of obscenity - foul language - dishonesty - corruption and serial rapid departures would surely have their grubby nose to the ground to establish, and could act honourably for a change and report the facts of which she as a so called PR, Westminster, 20ish. camp follower would surely be aware.

Here is a chance for UKIP to ensure a member of Nigel Farage's UKIP/EU/EFD staff, despite her track record, acts with some integrity and raises the profile of UKIP and Nigel Farage as trustworthy and honourable.

A TORY MP accused of groping a woman's breast last night claimed he had been "mischievously targeted" and that the allegation was "demonstrably false".

Dad-of-two Andrew Bridgen, 46, was arrested at 2am on Thursday after being accused of sexually assaulting the woman at his Westminster flat. 

The MP for North West Leicestershire last night said in a statement: "The allegations are wholly false and without foundation. Fortunately, they are also provably false. 

"I have been happy to co-operate fully with the police and I am completely confident that, after proper investigation, I will be exonerated." 

Mr Bridgen said the claims had caused "real hurt and distress" and added: "I am angry that I have been targeted in this mischievous way and I will be taking advice about this."
The woman, who cannot be named, was filmed as she made a 999 call immediately after leaving Mr Bridgen's flat. A friend recorded her on a mobile as she told the operator how the alleged incident occurred on the balcony. 

She said she had made her excuses and ran out of the flat, injuring her face as she did.
The video clip was yesterday given to Sky News, which decided not to broadcast it over privacy fears.
 
The woman, in her 20s, at the centre of the allegations is known in Westminster and had previously been accused of having a long-term affair with a well-known politician.
A source said: "She is a very well-liked and bubbly woman who has made her mark on Westminster." 

Mr Bridgen was yesterday backed by constituency chairman Graham Allman, who said: "We believe in the saying 'Innocent until proven guilty'."

A TORY MP quizzed by cops after allegedly groping a female aide was yesterday told no further action would be taken against him.

Andrew Bridgen, 46, was accused by the 29-year-old woman of fondling her breasts and also trying to put his hand up her skirt.

But Scotland Yard last night said it had dropped the case and released the North West Leicestershire MP from police bail.

He was arrested last week over an alleged incident at an apartment block in Westminster, Central London.

Mr Bridgen, who split from his wife Jacqueline more than a month ago, had described the claims as "wholly false".

He said at the time: "I have been happy to co-operate fully with the police and I am completely confident that, after proper investigation, I will be exonerated."

Wouldn't it be great to see UKIP acting honourably for a change and not just in its own interest to make money or be so willing to chuck members' money down the drain on the many legal expenses that UKIP are not able to reclaim from The EU as legitimate between the various OLAF Guilty verdicts and Tribunal Guilty verdicts agains the Party and various MEPs!
 
The public seem so often to be the losers when payment is to be made but let us face it there has been no record of donation from Farage when he was shown and admitted to have made a clear £2Million for himself - nor was any of the compensation he gained when it was exposed that his wife was on a very generous salary but his son was not.
 
Let us face it were Nigel Farage to now procede against Justin Adams, who lost so much trying to save his life, for £1Million do we honestly believe that there would be a commensurate donation to UKIP when Farage would seem only ever to be a most generously rewarded beneficiary of his UKIP status but more than a little niggardly when contributing - which he seems not to have ever done!

Over a Year after the unfortunate crash - with his work, company, marriage, health, sanity, home, family, plane and more in ruins - having spent 6 months in Prison awaiting outcome let us hope UKIP can now try to ensure this unfortunate man gets the medical help he clearly needs - rather than further berate him!

The help UKIP can provide will be a measure of what they might be like if ever they rise above Mare in a village council!!

as this blog stated right at the outset this now clearly seems a mental health issue and clearly Justin Adams has been deeply harmed by the plane crash whilst Nigel Farage - being a politician with no job to worry about - has merely capitalised on his personal survival.


As stated before Justice delayed is Justice denied and holding Justin Adams in a prison in his fragile state when clearly he needed medical help can hardly be seen as Justice.

this case is sure dragging on for what increasingly seems to have been drunken ramblings!

Astonishingly when Delroy Young received a far more plausible death threat far less investigation ever took place and we understand that although the miscreant who threatened Delroy Youing was known to the police no action was taken..

Had this man been a police officer and had actually shot Farage or Young it is probable they would have been sent on holiday with their family and when they returned have been let loose to gratuitously kill again - as with the inadequately trained idiot who executed Jean Charles de Menenez.

Nigel Farage death threat pilot sentencing delayed

A pilot found guilty of threatening to kill UKIP leader Nigel Farage following a plane crash has been told he faces a suspended jail term.
A jury found Justin Adams guilty of making five threats relating to Mr Farage and crash investigator Martin James after the accident in May 2010.
The court heard the recording of a phone call where Adams claimed to have a 9mm pistol.
Sentencing of Adams, 46, of Oxfordshire, was adjourned.
Judge Mr Justice Saunders agreed to allow a further report on the defendant's problem with alcohol to be compiled.
He said an assessment needed to take place to find out if a treatment programme for alcohol should be a term of a suspended sentence order.
'Take them out'He told Adams: "I have already given the indication that I will pass a suspended sentence of imprisonment. However, things can change if I hear about any more threats."
Adams was remanded in custody until 10 June, when he will sentenced at Oxford Crown Court.
The crash in Northamptonshire on 6 May last year, the day of the general election, left both Adams and Mr Farage in hospital.
During the trial the jury was played a recording of an exchange between Adams and Sharon Bailey, a police inquiry centre officer at Thames Valley Police.
He said: "I'm going to kill somebody or two", the court heard.
Within the conversation, Adams was heard to say: "I know where they live, they destroyed my life."
'Get put inside'He later added: "I now have a 9mm pistol, I've got the means - I will take them out and then myself."
Adams told the operator he had lost his livelihood, house, wife and child in the wake of the air crash investigation.
An Air Accidents Investigation Branch report found the plane crashed when a campaign banner it was towing became entangled, causing the plane's nose to drop.
A subsequent Civil Aviation Authority inquiry, which involved Mr James and investigated whether Adams was qualified to fly with a banner, later cleared the pilot.
Adams told the operator: "You need to understand all charges were dropped against me after six or seven months of investigations. In the intervening period everything else fell apart."
He added: "He's taken my life, I'll take his."
Adams said he had received media offers to talk about the crash, but it had been suggested to him by Mr Farage that he should not speak until after the conclusion of the investigation, the court heard.
He claimed friends later informed him Mr Farage was "generating PR as a result of the crash".
Giving evidence in his defence, Adams told the jury that after the crash his mental health had been "rapidly spiralling downhill", as his business and personal relationship deteriorated.
He said he felt he was not receiving the help he needed and made the threats "in the belief and hope I would get put inside".

Hi,

a strange day _ don't normally do mornings but today I was up early and left home at 07:45hrs.for Velindre Hospital Cardiff, my first call transferred to their care!

I was early for my 09:00hrs. appointment with Nuclear Medicine where I was injected with a radio active isatope! As if we aren't getting enough from Japan. Then a two hour wait and the only paper was The Guardian, what garbage there is little wonder why they lost so many £Millions last year if that was a typical days effort!

Then a blood sample every hour on the hour for 3 hours! So that will check my kidney function.

On getting back - thanks for the calls on the answer phone and I checked Google for the outcome of the sad case of Justin Adams.

Earlier today it seems Justin Adams was predictably found guilty of threats to kill in Oxford Crown Court.

As this blog has stated consistently it was a sad case and there was clearly a mental health issue that underpinned the case and I still maintain that it was poorly handled heaping grief upon woe by use of courts!

You will remember I reported my earlier conversations with Justin Adams at the time and also his comments that Nigel Farage's behaviour during the emergency prior to the crash, in which he had known their position was not good and they were likely to crash at around stall spead of something a little under 50mph., Justin Adams had stated that Nigel Farage's behaviour had been exemplary keeping calm and quiet throughout responding clearly to questions and instructions.

Well done Nigel - for a change showing a spark of leadership ability. May I also congratulate Justin Adams for heaping praise where it was clearly due when at the time he had lost his livelihood, his plane, his home, his wife, his child and his heath.

The entire debacle shows just how badly our Justice system and our health system serves our people that this very clear case of a mental health issue was not properly dealt with as a mental health issue and became blown out of all proportions by clearly insensitive handling when a man in a chronic state mentally, emotionally and medically can not be helped but is 'Banged Up' from the end of November until well into May when sentence will be passed.

How can this in any caring society be seen as Justice?

You will note:
The Honourable Mr Justice Saunders adjourned sentencing until the week commencing 9 May, pending a pre-sentence report.
Remanding Adams in custody, he said he was "clearly extremely disturbed" at the time the offences happened.
He added: "He is a man who does need help. If I can find a way of giving him help, I will."
I was glad to see that even the Judge agrees with this blog and is seeking help for Justin Adams - guilty as he may well be technically.

There is little doubt that in terms of publicity Nigel Farage has been able to milk this one to great effect all be it in a quite bizarre and delusional way at times - well it is after all a mental health issue ;-)

 
Let us hope that Justin Adams receives the help he so clearly needs and Farage gets the beatification he believes he deserves after he also received a knock on the head in the accident!
 
This has clearly been a case of Justice delayed is Justice denied!
What future has a guilty verdict left Justin Adams, when clearly this is an unfortunate individual who has been seriuosly damaged by an accident - I am saddened that a man purporting to be a leader of men had not stepped forward to intercede but one need only look at the low lkifes that are UKIP's leadership team and their sycophantic parasites to know that they would be a government of self interest without compassion, ability, humanity or tollerance.
Daily you can watch the vile behaviour of their senior members attacking eachother, squabbling and back stabbing or as cowards using pseudonyms to lie, cheat and defame.

May I suggest anyone who doubts my judgement reads the comments of pond life like Mick McGough, Skeptyk, Annabelle Fuller or the comments on the articles regarding Justin Adams in the media posted by UKIP supporters that show the party in its true light!

A pilot has been convicted of threatening to kill UKIP leader Nigel Farage following a plane crash.
A jury found Justin Adams guilty of making five threats relating to Mr Farage and crash investigator Martin James after the accident in May 2010.
Oxford Crown Court heard a telephone call between a police handler and a man calling himself Justin Adams who claimed to have a 9mm pistol.
Adams, 46, of Faringdon, Oxfordshire, denied the five charges.
Both Mr Farage and Adams were injured in the light aircraft crash on 6 May, the day of the 2010 general election, after it nose-dived to the ground while towing a campaign banner in Northamptonshire. They were both taken to hospital.
Sentencing was adjourned until the week commencing 9 May.
'Extremely disturbed'
Remanding Adams in custody, Mr Justice Saunders said the defendant was "clearly extremely disturbed" at the time the offences happened.
He added: "He is a man who does need help. If I can find a way of giving him help I will."

"It's been my belief all the way through that what Mr Adams needs is help and I don't really believe from our mental health services that he's received that."

He claimed friends later informed him Mr Farage was "generating PR as a result of the crash".
The court heard threats were intended to make those receiving them fear they would be carried out.
Within the conversation between the police call handler and the man calling himself Justin Adams in November last year, he was heard to say: "I know where they live, they destroyed my life."
'No other way'
He later added: "I now have a 9mm pistol, I've got the means - I will take them out and then myself."

just a quick RoundUp on a few items:

PILOT ERROR!

It does rather look as if this blog was right from the off - a Shakespearean Style Tradgedy - along the lines of 'Much Ado About Nothing' and clearly we were right when we first commented and said it was in our opinion a mental health issue that had got out of proportion!

The Jury having withdrawn on only the second day of the trial would indicate from all the evidence in the public domain that it is indeed much over egged.

That said, one must feel sorry for Justin Adams as his world quite literally crashed whilst his passenger was able to profit from the publicity and even saw himself as some sort of Mesiah having survived (in his shaving mirror!).

No one should expect Farage not to have been very scared by Justin Adams who was not someone he could control.

WALES:

Well it is a matter of record that after waiting some time to give UKIP a chance to get its act together and act honourably with regard to John Bufton's health collapse finally after almost 2 months of vitual inactivity in Wales - where to be fair John Bufton had donated £900 from his Massively Expensive Pay and had £215,000 or so in staff allowances there was no one of stature, no one of note and no competent campaign mounted by his staff for the recent risible devolution - not even a mention on UKIP Wales' web site!

It was almost back to the bad old days of Jim Carver when he was far too busy to do anything worthwhile for UKIP. One assumes the inadequate Regional Organiser of today is of much the same ilk - too busy plumbing the depths, attacking supporters and making a fool of himself in public!

Eventually it was unavoidable as someone had to mention John Bufton had taken a leave of absence due to a stroke that kept him off work for several months.

We then note the UKIP Wales Local Election launch which was laughable! Did Nigel mount the launch on the balcony of K.T. Rajan's flat or in the field nearby?

The key players of any note in Wales were absent - as we noted at the time.

The week previous John Bufton had returned to work cashing in on his daily allowances in Brussels yet unable as The Welsh MEP and leader of UKIP in Wales he was unable to attend the launch.

Kevin Mahonney wasquick off the draw with his spin, that he was unwell and that there were only 5 people because of some other cock and bull rubbish - the sad little man is such a predictably unpleasant and gratuitously offensive little chap one knew instinctively he was, as so often before, failing to tell the truth.

It was only recently that my suspicions were confirmed that Kevin Mahonney was telling lies again with all the finesse we have come to expect of the odious little squirt.

For his information John Bufton was in Brussels this week I believe and the week before he was in Strasbourg. The reason John Bufton was not at the launch had nothing to do with his health we gather it was due to the fact that arbitrarily the party dictator Nigel Farage has changed UKIP policy to suit his ambitions.

We have always known John Bufton to be duplicitous and not someone I personally would trust nor do I have any respect for the man but I do know he is opposed to membership of The EU and totally opposed to the concept of Regional Devolution.

Unlike Nigel Farage John Bufton actually believes that the National Ass. should be dismantled and unlike Nigel Farage John Bufton has both local Government experience and experience in and of Wales.

It would seem that John Bufton did not attend the launch as he did not agree with Nigel Farage's new policy of apeasement and the policy of The EFD to seek to reform The EU whilst campaigning for its continuance and working to support The EU by promoting Pan EU Political Parties. One MUST respect John Bufton for not prostituting UKIP to suit his income however he may prostitute himself.

Presumably the split, which is fundamental, will be hidden by the absence of John Bufton for much of the campaign however one would expect him to act ethically after the election and regardless of the outcome disassociate himself from the unpleasant concept of being in a pro EU Pan EU Political Party as with The EFD Group - setting aside the racism, xenophobia, anti homosexual and anti Jewish stance of Farage's choice of Groups.

Let us hope his stroke has not undermined both his confidence and his 'spine'.

QUESTIONABLE LOTTERIES:

We note the New Lottery to raise funds for the party which it seems is being funded by Alan Bowne with:

a first prize of £1,000,

second prize a wet weekend in Cornwall (well a cottage in Cornwall)

third prize Flying Lessons (all be it in a glider one has the scarey feeling this will be more Oxford Crown Court than Thomas Crown Affair with Ms. Faye Dunaway!)

4th - 13th. Prize is signed copies of Nigel's book
ps.  In view of the claims of Justin Adams' in Court this week it makes both Prize THREE and Gerard Batten's comment about Farage all the more apposite!

One is minded of the joke of First prize is a weekend with ....., Second prize is 2 weeks with ........ .

RACIST CLAIMS:

01. Absolutely no action wouyld seem to have been taken to censure the bufoon Godfrey Bloom who is clearly determined to drag the name of UKIP into the gutter he inhabits - whether getting banned from Hotels for urinating in the plant pots when drunk, copulating with prostitutes on the bonnet of a car on a public highway, being arrested for seeking to default on his debts in a bordello and then claiming diplomatic imunity as a representative of UKIP and Britain in Brusells or merely refering to the African leader of an African Country as a Baboon.

Yet:

02. Without any sign of a disciplinary hearing and without ANY suspension or inquiry Nigel Farage suspends a loyal UKIP member and local government candidate on the say so of ONE highly dubious member.

What has happened to UKIP that for almost 3 months the leadership lied, colluded and squirmed to defend the fraudster Tom Wise yet its leader outright lied to defame Nikki Sinclaire and Godfrey Bloom was censured by The President of the Parliament for his derogatory remarks and abuse of Nikki Sinclaire.

Yet when clearly in a hole what does UKIP leadertship and the maggots and parasites sycophantically seeking status just keep digging, whether in their own names, as with the idiots Malcolm Pearson, Christopher Gill, Mick McGough, Godfrey Bloom and the cowards and low lifes too ashamed to put their name to their defamatory lies like Skeptyk, Baron von Lottsove and the rest of the filth that seeks status at UKIP's expense!

Considering the many £Millions being given to UKIP MEPs and the amount spent on staff and also PR & Press - how come they arer so very low profile in the media with such incredibly infrequent press coverage of any substance or gravitas.

Little wonder that with Farage in Court and dependent on Stuart Agnew, Mick McGough as the briefed mouth pieces the NEC had absolutely no idea how to deal with Mike Nattrass on Monday.

They have dug a very deep legal hole for themselves and it is increasingly clear that little Crowther lacks any idea what to do and beligerance from lame brains and blagards like the thief Stuart Agnew and the low life excrecence McGough the partty is more likely to make the position worse than better as clearly Derek Clar is out of the play as he can't hear most of what is going on!

How can UKIP welcome back Sinclaire after their attrocious behaviour and having been found guilty in Court already - yet dare they dump Nattrass as that would mean they would have to remove Trevor Colman from the party also!

So it is to be a discrimination case is it? Where Sinclaire can prove she negotiated and agreed her withdrawal from the odious EFD Group with the leader Malcolm Pearson only for him to renege on his word and put his lies in written form! Whilst Nattrass and Colman merely left the racist, xenophobic, anti Jewish EFD Group Farage chairs!

 Hi,

so finally the long delayed trial of Justin Adams has commenced - it was fast beginning to look like Justice Delayed is Justice Denied - Justin Adams has now been held in custody as an innocent man pending trial (British presumption of innocence!) for longer than Tom Wise as an MEP was held in prison on a 2 year prison sentence for fraud to which he pleaded guilty - which was until the very last minute condoned by UKIP!

Having, as I have already stated on this blog, been phoned up by Justin Adams and discussed the flight, the damage, the injuries and the aftermath and its effects on his life and health in some detail I incline to the opinion (based on no medical expertise) that Justin Adams is severely damaged.

Justin Adams has lost his plane, his confidence, his marriage, his health, his home, his income all in one, fortunately non fatal, plane crash during a routine stunt.

I am astonished on the information in the public domain that either Farage or the Inspector could have taken his comments seriously - that the Police became involved is of course unsurprising however it does all rather look like an over reaction to a mental health issue of tragic proportions.

Astonishingly we learn from the trial that when Nigel Farage & Justin Adams had a meeting after then Air incident report there was a mental health nurse (unfortunately described by the media as a 'Mental Nurse'!!) - in view of the parties present can we be surprised ;-)

A clash of mental health issues?

Whatever the outcome of the trial I hope Farage feels reassured and safer and Justin Adams is treated leniently, minded of his losses and health damage.

We all know what a plane crash can do to mental health - Nigel Farage was wandering around trying to pass himself off as some sort of a Mesiah having survived an accident!

The pilot of a plane which crashed injuring Nigel Farage, the UKIP leader, made death threats to the politician, a jury heard yesterday. Justin Adams believed he was making money out of the incident.

Mr Adams felt Mr Farage profited through speaking about the crash while he was forced to stay silent while an investigation took place.
Mr Adams was flying the light aircraft which nose-dived into a field on the day of the general election last year after a publicity stunt went wrong.
The 45-year-old pilot, of Buckland, Oxfordshire, was cleared of being at fault, but the jury was told yesterday that he was angry that the investigation had led to the failure of his marriage and his business. He said it left him with mental health problems as well as physical injuries.
The pair met after Mr Adams was cleared of blame by the Civil Aviation Authority. The pilot, who was accompanied by a mental health nurse, allegedly told Mr Farage that he had intended to kill him and could not be sure that he would not do so in the future. Mr Farage told Oxford Crown Court: “He said, 'I used to be in the special forces and no one is safe, do you understand me?’ ”
Mr Farage went on: “He said, 'I was going to kill you today but I have decided not to but I can’t preclude that happening in the future’. He said 'I know this may not be rational, but I have lost everything and if I kill you I will then kill myself’.”
Mr Farage added: “He believed I had profited out of the accident and that was simply untrue. I was very, very worried indeed and not only a bit scared.”
Mr Adams denies making five threats to kill. The trial continues.

Pilot denies threat to kill UKIP leader

A pilot has denied threatening to kill UKIP leader Nigel Farage.
Justin Adams, 45, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday charged with making threats to kill the politician and Civil Aviation Authority investigator Martin James.
Adams, of Glenwood, Buckland, near Faringdon, was at the controls of a plane carrying Mr Farage and towing a UKIP banner when it crashed in Brackley on May 6.
He was remanded in custody until April 11.

THE pilot in UKIP leader Nigel Farage’s election day plane crash yesterday denied threatening to kill him and an air investigator.
Justin Adams, of ­Buckland, Oxon, faces six charges at Oxford crown court.
Adams, 45, was remanded in custody for trial in April.
Mr Farage was badly hurt in the crash in Northants.
