Hi,

Sorry I should have picked this up sooner but with treatment etc. I have had a rather mixed week!

Perhaps with their very close links with The Tories; having been involved in a Tory Head Office scam, planting Stephen Sobey as a plant at UKIP Press Office, aided by Mark Croucher and presumably little Stephen's long term friend Annabelle Fuller - we note Stephen who has recently been expunged from her so called PR Company & would seem still to be a Tory asset.

In view of this and that Annabelle Fuller has obtained a clear reputation in some quarters at Westminster and has herself been involved in a long term relationship with a married MEP Nigel Farage of UKIP - Perhaps she or Stephen Sobey can throw some light on what seems a malicious attempt to seek publicity.

They must surely be aware of who made these allegations as there is a limit to the number of individuals in their 20s 'working' the Westminster bubble, and surely someone with such a track record of dishonesty, corruption and underhand behaviour must surely be all too well aware of an individual who would make such claims.

Let us hope the matter is rapidly cleared up for the sake of The MP's reputation as since there was someone conveniently on hand to film the incident, surely it does seem just like the sort of disreputable allegation that someone with Annabelle Fuller's track record of obscenity - foul language - dishonesty - corruption and serial rapid departures would surely have their grubby nose to the ground to establish, and could act honourably for a change and report the facts of which she as a so called PR, Westminster, 20ish. camp follower would surely be aware.

Here is a chance for UKIP to ensure a member of Nigel Farage's UKIP/EU/EFD staff, despite her track record, acts with some integrity and raises the profile of UKIP and Nigel Farage as trustworthy and honourable.

A TORY MP accused of groping a woman's breast last night claimed he had been "mischievously targeted" and that the allegation was "demonstrably false".

Dad-of-two Andrew Bridgen, 46, was arrested at 2am on Thursday after being accused of sexually assaulting the woman at his Westminster flat. 

The MP for North West Leicestershire last night said in a statement: "The allegations are wholly false and without foundation. Fortunately, they are also provably false. 

"I have been happy to co-operate fully with the police and I am completely confident that, after proper investigation, I will be exonerated." 

Mr Bridgen said the claims had caused "real hurt and distress" and added: "I am angry that I have been targeted in this mischievous way and I will be taking advice about this."
The woman, who cannot be named, was filmed as she made a 999 call immediately after leaving Mr Bridgen's flat. A friend recorded her on a mobile as she told the operator how the alleged incident occurred on the balcony. 

She said she had made her excuses and ran out of the flat, injuring her face as she did.
The video clip was yesterday given to Sky News, which decided not to broadcast it over privacy fears.
 
The woman, in her 20s, at the centre of the allegations is known in Westminster and had previously been accused of having a long-term affair with a well-known politician.
A source said: "She is a very well-liked and bubbly woman who has made her mark on Westminster." 

Mr Bridgen was yesterday backed by constituency chairman Graham Allman, who said: "We believe in the saying 'Innocent until proven guilty'."

I am sure that you will agree that there are few things worse than some low life setting up an MP just for their own notoriety - let us hope UKIP can step into this breech and with staff help bring the false claims into the open as false they would seem to be in the light of the Police so promptly dropping the matter.

A TORY MP quizzed by cops after allegedly groping a female aide was yesterday told no further action would be taken against him.

Andrew Bridgen, 46, was accused by the 29-year-old woman of fondling her breasts and also trying to put his hand up her skirt.

But Scotland Yard last night said it had dropped the case and released the North West Leicestershire MP from police bail.

He was arrested last week over an alleged incident at an apartment block in Westminster, Central London.

Mr Bridgen, who split from his wife Jacqueline more than a month ago, had described the claims as "wholly false".

He said at the time: "I have been happy to co-operate fully with the police and I am completely confident that, after proper investigation, I will be exonerated."

Wouldn't it be great to see UKIP acting honourably for a change and not just in its own interest to make money or be so willing to chuck members' money down the drain on the many legal expenses that UKIP are not able to reclaim from The EU as legitimate between the various OLAF Guilty verdicts and Tribunal Guilty verdicts agains the Party and various MEPs!
 
The public seem so often to be the losers when payment is to be made but let us face it there has been no record of donation from Farage when he was shown and admitted to have made a clear £2Million for himself - nor was any of the compensation he gained when it was exposed that his wife was on a very generous salary but his son was not.
 
Let us face it were Nigel Farage to now procede against Justin Adams, who lost so much trying to save his life, for £1Million do we honestly believe that there would be a commensurate donation to UKIP when Farage would seem only ever to be a most generously rewarded beneficiary of his UKIP status but more than a little niggardly when contributing - which he seems not to have ever done!

Hi,

at UKIP's spring re-launch on the back of Jane Collins' expected result in Barnsley and well done to Jane Collins for at least achieving expectation where with 2/3rds. of thwe electorate not turning out and thus registering the standard 'A Plague on All Your Houses' vote we saw even the winning Labour vote fall.

UKIP being largely a protest vote and fortunately few of the voters realising just how racist and anti Jewish they are nor that they make spectacular fools of themselves with pretending to policies they obtained their core vote of around 4% who all turned out to vote against membership of the EU and with only 1/3rd. voting this of course translated to the 12% expected - I must admit I got it wrong I thought that around 45% would be the turnout which would have given the 9% or so that I expected.

At the re-launch of UKIP on something of a misrepresentation and spin, which we have all seen time and again before from UKIP as with Hartlepool where all were assured after ONE relatively good result, also as I recall based on a high percentage from a low turnout all were assured this was the turning point and in the following General Election UKIP would have Westminster MPs!!!


Well this time at the re-launch of the party on the basis of the quite obvious result (that is NOT to gainsay Jane Collins' personal investment and resultant result) we note the first of what SHOULD be an avalanch of Councillors with absolutely nothing to loose coming to UKIP on the off chance of achievement or at very least to lambast their own parties having failed as Councillors.

Even though times are tough for small time solicitors I would have advised Stuart St.Clair-Haslam to have returned to a real job with his contacts intact rather than a desperate leap to hope to stay on the council (he will not) in the May elections as a UKIP councillors.

Be minded that UKIP after almost 18 years currently has less than 18 councillors elected and out of some 19,500 elected offices available in Britain they have less than 30 elected to office!

The gullible may be impressed but without leadership of some competence and with a raft of MEPs and staff who largely earn contempt - whether coppulating in public on car bonnets, urinating in the corridors of hotels, sexual daliance with their daughters in the bath, consorting with prostitutes, picking up men in bars, abusing the Court system or as taxi drivers betraying UKIP by getting drunk and losing their licenses.

Then we have contemptible filth like Derek Clark MEP who has done so very much to EARN the contempt of honourable people in his betrayal of Britain, sell out of the electorate, boasting of being a scientist when he wasn't even a well qualified primary school teacher just a Z stream teacher with post National Service certification! Too stupid to keep his mouth shut he openly bragged of his corruption and defrauding the tax payers on a public platform and then telling lies and having tantrums as a matter of policy!


Sadly he is little worse than the rest of the neredowells of UKIP leadership.

Hence their desperately making much of trying to re-launch and welcoming yet another failed councillor! Little wonder that Steve Crowther has been tasked to try to get Sinclaire & Nattrass back into their vile Pan EU Political Party EFD Group - as predictable as Nigel Farage manipulating from behind the scenes to desperately manipulate to make it look as if it will be Sinclaire's fault when his venal behaviour fails.

Even employing one of his mistresses as a PR Company with her Tory Central Office co director in Athena-PR makes the picture no less clear! Many will remember when Annabell Fuller, Nigel Farage, Mark Croucher and Stephen Sobey seemingly colluded to aid Stephen Sobey in a false identity to assist The Tories as a plant in UKIP Press Office.

Just how stupid do they think UKIP members are? Or possibly they know!

Planning committee slumps to new low

ANOTHER ignominious chapter in the inglorious history of Thurrock Council planning services was written on Thursday evening.
Planning committee chairman Stuart St Clair-Haslam (pictured) emerged from yet another a night of shame in the Council Chamber with the look of a man mentally battered into submission.
He had started the evening like a lion, roaring in defence of democracy, but ended it like the badger I passed on the A13 this morning - crushed, bloodied and destroyed after stepping into the path of an overwhelming force.
An emotive, passionate speech in which he pledged that the power of the people would not be subverted by bureaucracy proved nothing more than rhetoric at the end of a meeting that once more brought the authority into disrepute.
New followers of the trail of shame need to be updated. Key items on the agenda – or not as the officer corp had indicated – were three planning applications previously deferred on a number of occasions.
Cllr St Clair-Haslam had given his word that tonight would be the conclusion of a long and troubled process but he found the carpet pulled from underneath him by officers – acting, I understand, on a personal directive from acting chief executive Bob Coomber. They decreed applications for Orsett Hall Hotel, Manor House Farm in Bulphan and Mardyke Farm, Aveley, would not be heard.
Cllr Haslam decreed they would and, with the backing of planning councillors, instructed officers to bring papers to the chamber.
A clash of Titanic proportions was looming as councillors moved onto other business after giving a clear directive on what they expected to follow.
Sadly, the plot was then lost as a succession of applications were deferred as councillors managed to get themselves into an almighty mess getting to grips with a new constitution.
Plans for a block of flats in Tilbury were bizarrely deferred for a site visit as councillors clashed with a highways officer about the practicalities of a car lift system; the pleas of residents and a ward councillor against a homes development in Stanford-le-Hope resulted in a site visit to a place already twice visited and a debacle erupted around plans for 14 new homes in Aveley.
Councillors clearly lost the plot as officers sought to impose their will and a new constitution on councillors who appeared not to realise it was policy they had wholeheartedly supported when it was introduced.
More than one councillor was heard to utter: "We hadn't realised it would be so complicated or mean this. We didn't vote for this."
They certainly did and, to be fair, the new constitution offers simple, clear guidelines that offer clarity and a clear trail of who said what - and when. In the past the lack of clarity has brought the planning process into deep trouble. The problem is, it appears the councillors haven't read it.
Members of the public were reduced to laughter, disbelief and dismay as the sorry saga was played out – and in the end left unresolved.
Councillors who had taken an adjournment to try and resolve what they were about, clearly had little comprehension of what was going on and officers, who in fairness tried to give practical if unwelcome advice, were left equally bewildered.
Banned mobile phones ringing at empty desks and in councillors' pockets didn't help!
It was, in short, a farce.
But worse for Cllr St Clair-Haslam was to follow when, after a recess, the chamber reconvened.
The battle lines had been clearly drawn by the chairman but he was forced to eat humble pie over his earlier brave words as the controversial applications. It might have been a victory for officer power but to the few who had remained in an increasingly dispirited chamber, it smacked of the death of democracy.
In a brave finale, Cllr Haslam called for a new meeting in seven days to consider the issues but was told it would be held only at the whim of Mr Coomber.
The councillors also voted that they would, in the face of a planned cancellation by officers, still hold a scheduled meeting in May.
It was a vote of defiance as much as anything else – whether it happens remains to be seen!

Re: Employment Tribunal Hearing Monday 28th February 2010 in Exeter

Nikki Sinclaire MEP v UK Independence Party, Nigel Farage MEP & Godfrey Bloom MEP
 
Upon consideration of the respondents' claims of administrative error in this matter, and the offer of 'round table discussion' for an overall settlement of her differences with the UK Independence Party on condition she agrees to setting aside the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal of 8th December which found in her favour, Nikki Sinclaire said:

"If a way forward can be reached regarding this unfortunate dispute with UKIP by me agreeing to set this matter aside than I am only too happy to oblige. I spent 16 years working for the growth and success of UKIP and obviously I still believe, and actively campaign, for its core platform - withdrawal from the European Union. This issue is far more important than individuals or personalities."

"This will put the matter back to stage one and if negotiations prove futile, I will robustly pursue my claim in the tribunal. I was pleased that Mr Bloom MEP recently gave a written undertaking to the Presidsent of the European Parliament stating he would leave me alone."
 
Note

Nikki Sinclaire MEP was given default judgement on Sexual Orientation Discrimination by Judge Harper on 8 December after UKIP and the co-respondents failed to bother to file a defence.
It was clear that Nigel Farage & Godfrey Bloom and others were well aware of the hearing, the date and the consequences of their incompetent hubris from their postings on TWITTER and elsewhere.

UKIP are VERY fortunate that Nikki Sinclaire has so clearly put the interests of these United Kingdoms and the EUroRealist cause before her own - Such a pity that it seems UKIP's leadership lack the integrity and seem more interested in their own well being and incomes allied with Racists, Xenophobes, The sexually intolerant, who practice anti Judaism and violence as a political tool.

Interestingly you will note that AthenaPR who were hired to ensure Nigel Farage could keep in control of the purse strings as leader of UKIP as management of his Leadership election bid, which was clearly lucrative enough to make it worthwhile to hire AthenaPR to ensure his finger on the pulse in the gravy train!

We note that despite the near unanimous rejection of UKIP members of the plan to assist The EU by colluding in Pan EU Political Groups like the vile EFD becoming Political Parties against Farage's strident oratory seeking to sell the scam - I note a director of AthenaPR states on their TWITTER:

We note Farage said to Trevor Coleman when Coleman won the debate on Pan EU Association hands down that he had just cost him (Farage) a Million a year!

I guess it is worth paying his 'very close' friend Annabell Fuller - tasteless pictures of whom can be found all over her web site - One way of paying her for her services.

I am still puzzled that it seems Nigel Farage colluded with Annabell Fuller, Mark Croucher and posibly others to place Stephen Sobey from The Tory head office in UKIP's Press Office as a 'professional Plant'.
Some may remember that Stephen Sobey styled himself as Stephen Sobey Neville and as I'm sure Nigel Farage would not be so dishonest as to deny that I had brought to his attention that despite Stephen Sobey Neville's claims of being an old Etonian were utterly false - some time later Nigel informed me that he had a new story and had played Eton on behalf of another school (Stowe) was Nigel inventing this?

Interestingly when Farage was told that Stephen Sobey was NOT Sobey-Neville NOT Eton but was a Political Plant from The Tories Farage chose to take no action - why one wonders didn't Annabell Fuller protect UKIP's interests, nor it seems Farage or Mark Croucher all of whom seem to have known Stephen considerably better than was claimed and all of whom were on UKIP's payroll.

Now you will note despite the many tasteless pictures, me me me text and amateur nature of the web site Stephen Sobey seems to be a Director of AthenaPR Ltd. with the foul mouthed and duplicitous low life Annabell Fuller who gained UKIP so much bad publicity with her dishonesty foul language, behaviour and breech of The Data Protection Act
