Hi,

it is not often that a supporter of UKIP compiles a report on their current status - yes I am aware there are claims and spin by the ambitious and the gullible but in the main they are nothing more than idiotic attempts to dupe the gullible by the gullible who have been duped - or from members of the claque seeking preferment!

Niall Warry, after many years of association with UKIP and having held some of UKIP's highest offices, has, as a long term supporter, written a better than passible critique.

Niall Warry's critique being both informed and informative is by no means, yet another, desperate attempt to spin the truth to show optimistic victory in the face of palpable failure. Niall Warry shows both the failures and a way forward - more, sadly, than anyone in UKIP or its leadership seems to have the political intelligence to do!

I commend Niall Warry's critique and suggestions to you, not just because he is well informed but also because he has held relevant Office in the Party and as a supporter advocates simple and obvious solutions that are well within the grasp and remit of UKIP's leadership - however unprofessional and crass they may be!

I’m not actually sure what UKIP’s aim is and visiting their website left me none the wiser, but I suppose if we take UKIP’s primary AIM as this much quoted saying of Nigel Farage's :-
"We seek an amicable divorce from the European Union and its replacement with a genuine free-trade agreement, which is what we thought we’d signed up for in the first place."
Then you would conclude that to date UKIP has NOT achieved its aim, nor is ever likely to.

Interestingly, and I see this as quite revealing insight into Nigel Farage’s current psyche, he doesn’t appear to say this anymore or certainly with as much clarity as he once did.

Why not?

Does he in his heart think, like I and many others do, that the most probable outcome is that the EU is going to collapse at sometime in the future?

Has he therefore, given his style and temperament, decided to enjoy the EU gravy train while he is able?
Is this not also supported by the fact that Nigel Farage was founder and co president of the EFD, for the extra money it gave UKIP, despite as a Group being pro EU membership and containing some extreme racists and anti homosexuals.

The one thing Nigel Farage is not, is stupid, and so he must have concluded that, so long as the LibLabCon continues to hold sway at Westminster, with UKIP so hopelessly low in the polls and the EU ignoring the various referendums voting NO to Lisbon then, there is absolutely NO chance of anyone helping to initiate the EU’s demise least of all UKIP.

This certainly gives Nigel Farage a perfect excuse for never having had any Strategy, Tactics or Plan!

However the past is the past but, going forward, what could UKIP still do that would assist the overall Eurosceptic cause?



Benefits Analysis and our Exit and Survival Strategy
Well as I have constantly repeated of late it could spearhead the vital and necessary work of producing and publishing for free distribution a full Benefits Analysis of why we would be ‘Better off Out’ and also a comprehensive Exit & Survival Strategy to ensure a smooth transition from EU membership to simply trading with the member states.
In support of these two most vital publications, what else should UKIP do as the self proclaimed brand leader and still, despite the internal troubles, the only realistic Eurosceptic political party?



Next Euro Election
Despite agreeing with Alan Sked’s initial view, that UKIP should not go to Brussels, we are now where we are and keeping our representation in the EU Parliament does have some useful advantages if handled correctly. However the key places on the Regional MEP lists should go to high profile candidates, of some recognised public gravitas, like Tim Congdon from the party.

There are of course many from outside the party who would be ideal candidates. High profile candidates, who are already in the public eye, could generate far more anti EU publicity which, given the current state of the EU, could help finish it off!

Funnily enough keeping Nigel Farage for his media skills and recognition would make him a useful part of the team, but he needs to realise that he is not cut out to be the leader as his behaviour, judgement and divisive nature have clearly shown over the years.

So it would be churlish not to recognise that the Euro Elections are still UKIP’s battle ground from which, with better leadership, better candidates and a basic plan a great deal more and better quality anti EU PR could be achieved.



Next General Election
Unlike the Euro Elections the facts are: UKIP have not even come close in 18 years in getting an MP elected. In addition the only MP who rebadged to UKIP, Bob Spink, left shortly afterwards having changed his mind one can only assume once he realised what Nigel Farage’s EUKIP was all about.

To still be only attracting, in the main, around 4% in domestic elections after so long has little meaning or value. Even when they do achieve a higher percentage share of the vote it still usually leaves them trailing in 3rd or 4th place.

In our traditonal two horse race it is ridiculous, on current form, to believe UKIP will have any meaningful relevance for years to come.

So in this area, of failing to make any impression at Westminster after 18 years, Nigel Farage’s lack of any coherent strategy, tactics or plan are surely laid bare.

To improve this situation detailed research and analysis is needed so that UKIP only select a limited number of seats in which they might have the most impact and then concentrate all their limited resources to these seats.

The trouble is, particularly under Nigel Farage, that UKIP have not been able to demonstrate that they are any better than the other parties and sadly Nigel Farage’s record shows that under his leadership he is unlikely to ever convince the British public that UKIP has what it takes.

There are so many reasons which bar UKIP from making a break through at Westminster it is difficult to know where to start.

However just consider one of many examples of the muddle at the heart of UKIP.
As the ‘UNITED KINGDOM Independence Party’ they cannot even decide if they are for the Welsh Assembly or not. Recently the UKIP members in Wales wished to oppose the Assembly but Nigel Farage over ruled them.
Nigel Farage does manage to get some PR for his occasional outbursts of anti EU rhetoric but this has to be viewed alongside the overall smell of corruption in UKIP which, is there for all to see, and we can only assume will be used by the media in a manner of their choosing.

Given UKIP’s chequered history and policy confusions at its heart does anyone seriously think that the British people will ever vote in a UKIP MP?

Summary
UKIP under Nigel Farage’s leadership will never be good enough to seriously compete or beat the LibLabCon and so will sadly continue to be an irrelevance. By way of consolation, as one part of the Eurosceptic Movement, they can at least look forward to the EU’s collapse knowing, along with the likes of Jimmy Goldsmith’s efforts to keep us out the Euro, that they did have a walk on part in this drama!

However the job is far from done and the two big outstanding jobs that need to be tackled, and UKIP are ideally suited to take this on, is first to complete a Benefits Analysis as to how much better off we would be outside the EU and second to publish a detailed Exit and Survival Strategy to go into the detail of how we extract ourselves from the EU to make our withdrawal as smooth as possible when the time comes.

Repatriating powers from Brussels needs to be carefully planned for as the old saying goes:
“Time spent in preparation and planning is seldom wasted”.
Can EUkip once again become UKIP and rise to these two important challenges with a strategy, tactics and plan for the next Euro and General Elections that will assist and support these two most vital publications?

I can not reasonably suggest that the transfer of allegiance of the plastic EUroSceptic Roger Helmer public supporter of the criminality of Tom Wise!), having fallen out with many of The Tories over who HE DEEMED should be his succesor - nor the addition of Alexandra Swann who seems from her foul mouthed Twitters and well publicised 'antics' has in converse seemingly fallen in with too many Tories!
 
I do doubt they will prove to be an assett to UKIP in the long run just as Niel Hamilton brings notghing to the party beyond collusion in the image of sleaze and corruption and self serving behaviour at the head of UKIP.
 
Much of UKIP's abject failure to achieve anything of value to the public at large can reasonably be attributed to the low caliber of people it attracts who are permitted to be associated with the leadership clique and its claque.

And, like the rest of the song says, when the former backing musician with Rick Astley got to grips with his 23-year-old researcher in a London nightclub it really did look like a case of Never Gonna Give You Up.
The divorced dad-of-two, 45, who has a long-term girlfriend, was caught in a clinch with Alexandra Swann – the aide he calls “The Swann”.
Our picture shows the MP for Morecambe and Lunesdale looking cosy with Swann in a corner of the Embassy club during a Rock the House party – organised by Tory MP Mike Weatherley on May 18.
Wearing a tight, white mini-dress, Swann, from Farnham, Surrey, was sat on the lap of the former hairdresser and session guitarist – who once appeared on Top of the Pops in the late 80s with his friend Rick Astley, and had to pretend to play keyboards as the band mimed to She Wants to Dance With Me.
An onlooker said: “They were talking all night and seemed very comfortable in each other’s company.”
There’s no suggestion Morris was cheating with the researcher, who is 22 years’ his junior.
But his girlfriend of four years, Katherine Antcliffe, 37, seemed shocked at our photo.
Katherine, who is head of history at Queen’s School in Bushey, Herts, said: “Oh... it doesn’t look good, does it? David is a really decent guy, I’m shocked. I don’t know what to say. I’ve been with him for a long time, we met two or three years before the election.”
She added: “He spends the majority of his time away, either in his constituency or in London. And even though I live close to London he is at the House till very late, so I don’t see him a lot.”
Asked if she knew of Alexandra Swann, she said: “Yes, David has talked about someone who he referred to as The Swann. He talked about her as his research assistant.”
The Mirror tried to call Morris to ask about the photo. His solicitors contacted us on the basis that what they said was “not for publication”.
Swann, who is believed to have split from her boyfriend last month, also travels up to Morris’s constituency to work with him. One of her Twitter updates speaks of an “amazing” night in Morecambe.
In 2009 we revealed how the PhD student, who is running for Conservative Future vice-chairman, posed in her black bra at a Tory youth movement party. After hearing about our story, she tweeted: “Oh Daily Mirror, how I missed you.”
MP Mike Weatherley, 54, who organised the party at which Morris and Swann were pictured together, had problems of his own last year.
His wife Carla, 40, was exposed as a £70-an-hour prostitute who had been working in three “massage parlours”.
At the time Mr Weatherley, MP for Hove and Portslade, said he had separated from her and that he had no idea she had been selling her body.

A bunch of arrogant right-wing political activists were kicked out of a string of pubs in a night of shame.

The 25 UK Independence Party members were handing out fliers when some apparently went crazy after being asked to leave a quiet boozer.

They allegedly began threatening bar staff and police had to be called.

The cocky group – bedecked in Ukip badges – included disgraced former Tory MP Neil Hamilton.

Appalled drinker Clive Hales, 57, said: “I’ve never seen a bunch of ruder or brasher people.
“They were a bunch of Hooray Henrys and had clearly been drinking beforehand.

"They were asked to stop handing out their leaflets as it is not a political pub. That’s when the trouble started.”

Mr Hales claimed: “They said they’d get the place shut down. They were lairy and one (not Mr Hamilton) told a member of staff he was a barrister who’d ensure that he never worked again – all for asking him to be quiet.”

He said Mr Hamilton – who lost his Conservative seat in the cash for questions saga and was elected to Ukip’s national executive committee last year – had not been behaving badly but he added: “He did nothing to calm the situation.

"It’s ironic that they pride themselves on being the party of traditional British values and then go and behave like this.”

Trouble flared at the Red Lion as the activists tried to hand out Save the Pub fliers in Skegness, Lincs.

Among other stops was the Stumble Inn. A barman said: “They’d already been asked to leave other pubs. They were told they couldn’t put leaflets here and were asked to go.”

Ukip press officer Gawain Towler, who attended the night out, said they had already paid for food and drink when told to go.

He said: “One of our younger members did shout something but he was immediately taken outside by one member and given a good talking to.

“But to suggest we were all shouting insults and threatening people is ridiculous.”

Well I guess it is better than a double page spread about Nigel Farage consorting with a prostitute having been picked up in his local - then we even had graphic details of his sexual pecadillos and not a single solitary UKIPPER stepped forward to aid or support him and clearly he has no friends just his sycophants bought by promises of preferrment paid for with public money!

Nor is it as cringeworthy as the lengthy article aft6er one UKIP spring conference which was little more tha a discussion of Nigel Farage's testicles or more to the point lack of them!

Indeed this is just a story of the sort of discredited politician and the idiots who are impressed and follow them - a vast improvement on the discussion of the size of Gawain Towler's erections when bathing with his daughter or his own braggadocio regarding his past perverted sexual exploits and fantasies!

Just consider for a moment - this bunch of fraudsters, discredited yahoos and congenital idiots aspire to LEAD us and seek our votes to do so!

Little wonder that after many £Millions of other peoples' money in 20 years it is easy to find damaging facts and publicity with 2 MEPs jailed so far - a few discredited rejects MPs and MEPs from the Tories, clear anti homosexual policies as show in both a Court of Law and by their associates, this collection of misfits and rowdt boorish right wing hooray Henrys have, out of 19,500 available elected seats in British public office, they have failed to be elected to even 30 and still bump along with under 10% support - insufficient to be taken seriously other than aspirants to aid or gain access to The Gravy Train!

Sadly after so much public hope all that we have seen from UKIP is yobbery, bullying, cyber abuse, lies and betrayal as a small clique enrich themselves at our expense supported by an aspirant claque.

UKIP has consistently betrayed their supporters and befouled politics and that takes some doing! All too often they act in a manner not of leadership but beneath contempt and to this day not one has EVER apologised for their lies about me nor have they p[aid the £12,500 they owe me - yet they wonder why I keep publishing the facts and the truth about them!

Hi,

it is interesting to note the obvious disgust at John Ison's behaviour and revulsion at the unprofessional behaviour of UKIP leadership in their anti homosexual and vindictive treatment of Nikki Sinclaire, on a UKIP controlled Forum!

It is all but impossible for UKIP to claim it is not anti homosexual and now especially with the addition of the supporter of Tom Wise!

Roger Helmer defedtee from the Tories because he could not get his own way when he stepped down as an MEP, he who set out to try to have the deffinition of where his house was, in order to try to claim even more expenses as an MEP!

Roger Helmer recently stated his opinion that homosexuality was a treatable mental illness - surely the world left that view behind in the 1960s, when we campaigned for the decriminalisation of homosexual acts between consenting adults. I should imagine The Tories are glad to see the back of this idiotic man with his arcane views and his plastic EUroScepticism as he milks the system for all it is worth TO HIM!

    Instead of which, the chairman of the NEC foolishly issued a statement Statement from UKIP chairman - UK Independence Party on behalf of the committee, announcing that Sinclaire would not be permitted to stand for UKIP at future elections on the grounds of her having left the EP group, and having "failed to declare other relevant issues to the interview panel when she was selected as a UKIP candidate" (which she denied). If Sinclaire chose to challenge this legally, as past experience suggested she might, any breach of normal disciplinary procedure or evidence of her having been treated less favourably than others in similar situations, would obviously disadvantage UKIP hugely.

    Within a matter of months, first Mike Nattrass then Trevor Colman followed her out of the EFD, yet no action was taken against them by the NEC and, unlike Sinclaire, both are still accepted as UKIP MEPs and listed as such on the party website.

    Now we see that the article linked by Alex McKee at #9 raises the possibility that the second of the accusations levelled at Sinclaire - that of failing to declare relevant issues to a candidate selection panel - may also have applied to John Ison.

    Ison stood as UKIP candidate in Redditch in 2005 and Solihull in 2010, being bound by the party constitution on both occasions to make "a written application and shall make full disclosure of any fact, political or personal, that may have a bearing on their suitability for selection as a candidate". In 2010 the application form stated: "I am not aware of any circumstances from my past that might cause embarrassment to the party were it to be revealed".

    Did Ison fail to declare that he had been banned by court order from seeing his children, and lie by signing the form anyway? If so, now that the story is known through circulation on the internet, the NEC will be guilty of victimizing Nikki Sinclaire if it doesn't ban Ison from standing in all future elections just as it has banned her.

    If he did declare it and was allowed to stand despite this, the party and all its future candidates will be at risk from resulting bad publicity, but why would a party that goes to the length of demanding CRB checks on its candidates precisely in order to screen out potential problems, regard a court order protecting five-year-olds from their own father as not having a bearing on his suitability as a candidate?

    I've no idea what Ison has or has not declared but he was pre-UKIP a notable public campaigner for fathers rights. How have you come to the apparent conclusion that his own circumstances were not already in the public domain?

    I haven't come to any conclusion on the matter and that is not the point. UKIP's constitution does not put responsibility onto candidate selection panels for acquainting themselves with applicants' personal circumstances from what is in the public domain. It states categorically that candidates shall make full disclosure.

    If John Ison did not do so then natural justice demands that he should be treated the same as Nikki Sinclaire in what the NEC claims was a similar circumstance (failure to disclose, which she denies), and banned as she was from standing in future elections. Not to ban Ison would be a second example of Sinclaire being treated more harshly than others, the first being that action was taken against her for leaving the EFD but not against Nattrass and Colman.

You may be interested to note YET AGAIN that the false accusation of failure to disclose made against Nikki Sinclaire was an unprofessional pack of lies from UKIP Leadership and pure discrimination.

Nikki Sinclaire was madse technically bankrupt (ie based on the claim of one man who served p0apers at an address at which she clearly did not live as she washelping UKIP set up their head office in Birmingham!).

The details were IMMEDIATELY reported by Nikki Sinclaire to The Returning Officer in the election, in which she stood. She also informed Michael Zucherman The UKIP Part Secretary at the time.

I also published the full details at the time as they were a matter of public record, as is the fact that John Ison was not found guilty in a Court Case of assault on his wife who left him for another woman but WAS deemed unfit to have access to his children, presumably his volatile temper or underhand behaviour were deemed a risk to children.


As to bankruptcy being ostensibly a cause of the UKIP Leadership's unprofessional and partisan behaviour the Guilty Judgement against Nigel Farage, Godfrey Bloom and UKIP inCourt would seem to indicate otherwise as would the official caution from the EU Parliament aganst Godfrey Bloom for his anti homosexual bullying.


It is interesting to note that John Ison's vindictive and malicious behaviour against Nikki Sinclaire and his various thefts and seeming 'construction' of so called evidence, in collusion with others (including the proven corrupt Christopher Gill see: CLICK HERE) may all be a vindictive attack based on John Ison's seemingly very 'challenged' sexuality and unhappy marriage!


Nikki Sinclaire's treatment at the hands of UKIP's partyisan and unprofessional leadership can not be on the grounds of her historic bankruptcy reported at the time, despite the clamourings of Nigel Farage's sewer rat Mark Croucher who we KNOW colluded in what seems clearly to be efforts to set Nikki Sinclaire up to curry favour with Nigel Farage!


I say it can not be based on the irrefutable fact that Niel Hamilton the formerly disgraced Tory MP was courted by Farage and joined UKIP some 5 years ago and is now, we understand, promised a leading seat as a contender for election to public office once more and as is also a matter of record he was bankrupt and was recently boasting of it on national TV.


Perhaps Niall Warry was correct that in the corrupt world of UKIP:
