You will recall this blog announced, before the leadership selection farce that, that Farage had been forced to stand down in return for the financial backing of Stuart Wheeler and the hope of City interest and contributions - so desperate was Farage that he even went on TV and rubbished his own MEPs saying his leading MEPs were useless as he feared they might get more votes than the placeman Pearson.

Much hissing and spitting came from all the normal scum in UKIP trying desperately to prove this blog & Junius wrong.

When Pearson was put in place - which seems to be the story of his life!
Put in place by his Dad at Eton - seemingly nil qualifications, thick as a brick!
Put in place with a part of his Dad's insurance company with competent people to run it and told to go out for lunch.
Put in place by Margaret Thatcher for his lunch contacts around the City.
Put in place in The House of Lords as too thick to be an MP.
Put in place as leader of UKIP as Farage was known to be untrustworthy.

In December we stated that Stuart Wheeler was unlikely to stay with UKIP and you will recall he was so disgusted by Farage and his squabbling incompetent MEPs he notoriously stated after one session with them 'why am I proping them up with my money when all they do is squabble and back stab each other', shortly after he did as we had predicted and quit setting up his own Party to stand against UKIP.

We also let it be known Pearson's opinion of the MEPs and their scum and riff raff parasites was:
'If only they would all go to Strasburgh and never come back'

Also in December we announced that Pearson would stand down immediately after the General Election surrendering his titular position to Bannerman - we were half right - he did stand down immediately after the election but was talked into not announcing it due to Nigel Farage's misfortunate foolish plane crash. Then of course due to David Bannerman's corruption and fraud as exposed by The Sunday Times in Daniel Foggo's article where Agnew, Pearson and Farage were exposed embroiled in fraud and money laundering and Agnew openly explained on camera how he and David Bannerman were involved in defrauding the tax payers for Peter Reeve's enrichment!

This left Pearson with two problems - first he felt obliged to keep secret the fact that this blog had announced he was leaving immediately after the election - much spin and dishonesty took place regarding this blog and myself to desperately dispel the facts stated here the ususual filth was brought to the fore to lie about me and in passing Junius in a desperate attempt to discredit the facts we regularly present liars like Brendan Padmore & Anthony Butcher were mobilised to ensure dishonesty had a platform through their anything but British and clearly un-democratic Forum where they dance to the lies and tune of UKIP as presented by the likes of Croucher, McTrough, Clive Page, Richard Allen, Douglas Denny, Paul Nuttall and their various corrupt pseudonyms.

At least Brendan Padmore has admitted in his persona as BA Ware that I am banned for exposing him and Anthony Butcher as dishonest, corrupt and liars. You may recall I was banned for life for telling the truth when Peter Reeve was under investigation by Cambridgeshire Police for assault. Further factual postings I made were removed on the instruction of Paul Nuttall despite the fact that it was proved that Paul Nuttall was using lies to bully the unprincipled and gutless Anthony Butcher.

To return to the irrefutable fact that this blog was absolutely correct in its predictions, as was the team at Junius, when we said Farage had been removed because wisely City money could NOT be trust him, Pearson was PUT in place on City instruction.

Stuart Wheeler, as we predicted quit early in disgust.

Pearson resigned immediately after the General Election.

Pearson was talked into not announcing because of Farage's crash.

Bannerman then became a liability as placeman for Pearson's replacement due to fraud and an OLAF enquiry (ongoing).

Pearson desperate to leave nominated the village idiot from Rannoch as deputy.

The members were duped by the village idiot's title and Christopher Monckton of 'Much Barking' became deputy leader to give Pearson a way out before he made even more of an idiot of himself backing Zionism, anti Islam and the corrupt and useless Tories.

To date in well over 1,000 blogs on the subject of UKIP this blog has quite astonishingly not put a foot wrong it seems.

The only serious mistake we have EVER had to correct and apologise for was that we made the not unreasonable conclusion that Richard Allen was Richard Allen ;-) but it seems there are two of them - there was the Richard Allen who was the other member on Del Young's branch in a tree in Blaby - when it seems the serial idiot and supporter of the corruption of Anthony Butcher's grubby little forum is a different person.

We do apologise to the Richard Allen of Blaby for accidentally befouling his name by association.

Finally it is clear that in standing down on 02-Sep-2010 Pearson is clearly favouring Christopher Monckton as his interim leader (a position that does not exist within the framework of the UKIP Constitution!) and we gather in complete disregard for the credibility of UKIP the clown wants the cuedos  and will take the role until a proper election (that would be a first for UKIP!) can be 'ORCHESTRATED'.

On the 26-Aug-2010 UKIP will be announcing who they have selected to strengthen the cabal on the NEC (however as it has not been lawfully constituted as an NEC election I believe there is every possibility of a High Court challenge to the Selection being validated and they may have to have a legitimate election - another first for UKIP!) alternately we would expect the leadership election to be held, alongside the next NEC appointment scam which should be announced in the pre Christmas in house comic.

There is likely to be much raising of profile with many a statement in abuse of his position of Chairman by Paul Nuttall, to enhance his position to have a shot at leadership - however I believe he will have his work cut out bolstering the sad figure of Michael Zuckerman in trying to give validity to the NEC selection as it becomes apparent that the selection would seem to be invalid under law!

The more dishonest the manipulation by filth like Denny, Croucher, McGough and their ilk the deeper the mire in which the party finds itself - you will note the alacrity with which Farage works the smoke, the mirrors and the strings but uses his useful idiots to front his ineptitude as he pays them with money 'obtained' from the tax payers, which he corruptly manipulates for his own gain.

When will we see UKIP act ethically and in the interest of these United Kingdoms - date I state the obvious? NEVER.

Surely now is the time for UKIP, which has been an utter failure under a succession of useless leaders from Michael Holmes to date and back to its foundations it has NEVER had a leader of any competence whatsoever.

UKIP has been an abject failure from day one, if you count its achievements based upon its stated aim of campaigning to get Britain out of the EU.

UKIP has however been a huge but failing success in its hidden aim of enriching a claque of charlatans of little and no merit.

NOW rather than another rigged replacement of leader, hot on the foot of the rigged and unlawful NEC selection, would it not be the right and honest time to do the very British thing and show some integrity and close down UKIP, which stands between the British peoples and the emergence of a EUroRealist force to take us out of the EU.

The only likely upset to this would be if Bannerman, Batten or Nuttall (none of whom have the ability, intelligence, competence or integrity, being dishonest and liars, to hold the job) should they challenge over the next few weeks Farage will step in to block them - though for him to declare as titular leader AND continue as actual leader would be very unwise in his present parlous state of health.

Farage not only requires surgery over the next few months the crash coming on top of many years of his debauched life style has done far more damage than he is letting on both physically and to his confidence as he frequently, and understandably, wakes reliving the fear of that crash and its immediate aftermath. Justin Adams Nigel's pilot on the day also did not walk away as unscathed as he might, having been back in hospital several times since and with consequential problems that have cost him 1.1/2 stone in weight loss for no immediately discernible reason.

Grubby little Batten will be in there like a rat up a drainpipe the second he is back from holiday imn fact he is as we speak probably standing in line for a 'standby' ticket to get back early so as not to let David Bannerman or the ashes of a 'claimed' ancestor or his desk get the better of him and I note - as predicted the farcical figure of Paul Nuttall issuing announcements to raise his sad profile.

David Bannerman can be relied upon to stand with some standardised pack of lies, as ever - he would stand if someone was offering a janitors job, is it that he can not sit has his desk been sold off remember the one his Father acquired! - but is he eligible whilst under investigation for fraud when he is so clearly guilty as shown on camera by Stuart Agnew. He has never won a fair election and was the prime moover in the unarguable corruption that brought UKIP into risible disrepute based not just his lies about his 'fancifull' claims of ancestry that were a TOTAL lie but there was the liar Geoffrey Titford who tried dishonestly in conclusion with the slime Gulleford and then again the lies and dishonesty of the filth Peter Reeve and his doxy Duffy and of course the lies of Nuttall at the aptly named Ugly meeting!

There is absolutely no one in UKIP's present herarchy that is fit to wipe the Rs of 80% of the sad beguiled old age pensioners and BNP members with hair styles and blazers, who know so little of the truth about UKIP who support and fund the Party and its lies.

In desparation some dullard advocated the political and international prostitute Marta Andreasen, who would just about sum up all of the achievements of UKIP to date - a farce, a liar, a cheat and utterly alien.

Surely now is the time to shut down this odious and corrupted Party that is now no more than a ticket on the gravy train for a few hand selected parasites.

It is in passing worth noting that other than Lord Pearson's disgracefull treatment and lies about Nikki Sinclaire his leadership was only of any note as the predicted failure of a weak and venal hobbyist - who has a reputation for being the kiss of death to most projects he touches - For example 'Global Britain' which achieved the sum total of rock all save provide a platform for the humourless Ruth Lee who seems to be a pundit for much but never for long! Pearson then destroyed 'Global Britain' as even a think tank of any repute by using it for criminal Money Laundering as exposed by The Sunday Times in some detail CLICK HERE

We understand his move now is because despite his belief that he could raise money for UKIP as a safe pair of hands no one in City terms was prepared to touch any association with UKIP with Nigel Farage so much as in sight, which is hardly surprising as he has gathered around him liars and crooks like Douglas Denny, Mike McGough, Mark Croucher and yet more pond life as his personal body guard and has formed an extremist racist, anti Jewish pan EU political party EFD Group.

We understand that Pearson is likely to take with him James Pryor, who was absolutely useless to UKIP as we predicted last November and also the deeply unpopular Bridget (Death) Rowe and her foul mouth! The aim being, we understand, to set up a 'Think Tank / Pressure Group' with City money, primarily with a view to campaigning for an IN / OUT Referendum relative to The EU.

It will in my opinion attract a number of very worthy stuffed shirts, the normal aray of parasites and be a total failure doing a huge amount of damage to EUroRealism and maybe even sounding the death knell of the EUroSceptic movement until events overtake us and we see the EU collapse into the inevitable wars of disassociation - another of Pearson's half baked hobbies that will never be followed through?

House of Lords steps up efforts to make Christopher Monckton stop claiming he is a member of the upper house

The House of Lords has stepped up its efforts to make Christopher Monckton – climate sceptic and deputy leader of the UK Independence party (Ukip) – desist in his repeated claims that he is a member of the upper house. The push comes as Buckingham palace has also been drawn into the affair over his use of a logo similar to parliament's famous portcullis emblem.

Last month, Michael Pownall, clerk of the parliaments, wrote to Lord Monckton, a hereditary peer, stressing that he should not refer to himself as a member of the House of Lords, and nor should he use any emblem representing the portcullis.

In a letter seen by the Guardian, Monckton replied this week to Pownall stating that "the House of Lords Act 1999, which purported to exclude hereditary peers from membership of the House of Lords, is defective".

Monckton argued that the act, which debarred all but 92 of the 650 hereditary peers, removed the right to sit or vote in the upper house, but did not remove membership because peerages are granted by "letters patent" which are a personal gift of the monarch. Monckton claimed in the letter that "only a specific law can annul a grant. The 1999 act was a general law."

The House of Lords said today it strongly rejects Monckton's interpretation. A spokeswoman said: "Lord Monckton is not and never has been a member of the House of Lords. The clerk of the parliaments has written to Lord Monckton, confirming that he has no association with the House and advising him to stop branding himself as such."
She said Monckton's claim that the 1999 act was a general law was "misleading".

"The 1999 act does not remove letters patent, it just ends the right to be a member of the House by virtue of the hereditary peerage. The Act is pretty clear and uses the term 'membership' not the 'right to sit/vote'," she added.

The Guardian has learned that Pownall is now also seeking advice from the Lord Chamberlain, a key officer in the royal household, on the potential misuse of the portcullis emblem due to it being the property of the Queen.

Monckton argues his use of the portcullis emblem, which has appeared on his letterheads and lecture presentations, does not breach any rules:
"My logo is not a registered badge of parliament, and is plainly distinct from parliament's badge in numerous material respects.
The Lords do not use the portcullis at all on their notepaper: they use the Royal Arms within an elliptical cartouche."

A House of Lords spokeswoman said: "The emblem is property of the Queen, and Parliament has a Royal Licence granted for its use. Any misuse of the emblem by either members or non-members breaches this licence, and if a person refuses to stop using it the matter is drawn to the attention of the Lord Chamberlain, who is an Officer of the Royal Household. The Lord Chamberlain has been contacted regarding Lord Monckton's use of the emblem, and it will fall to him to follow up on any misuse of the emblem."

The spokeswoman added: "If, following the correspondence, Lord Monckton continues to claim to be a member of the House then the House authorities would need to consider and assess what options are available to them."

Buckingham Palace confirmed it is "aware of this matter", but said it "can not disclose any details on private correspondence between Buckingham Palace and an individual". It did, though, guide the Guardian towards a document on its website which says misuse of the emblem is prohibited by the Trade Marks Act 1994, meaning Monckton could potentially be liable for fines and a six-month prison term if the Palace pursued the matter and successfully prosecuted him.

Monckton said he has yet to receive any correspondence from the Lord Chamberlain.

Monckton, a former Conservative party policy adviser who joined UKIP last year, has attracted repeated criticism for his claims that he is a member of the Lords.

In May, when giving witness testimony upon the invitation of House Republicans to the US select committee on energy independence and global warming, Monckton was mocked by a Democratic congressman when asked whether he had ever served in the House of Lords.

This followed an appearance at a congressional energy and commerce committee hearing in 2009 when Monckton began his testimony: "I bring fraternal greetings from the Mother of Parliaments to the Congress of your 'athletic democracy'.

In June, following the death of Viscount Colville of Culross, Monckton, as a qualifying hereditary peer, put his name forward as a candidate at the resulting byelection to find the replacement elected peer. However, he failed to secure a single vote among the 29 crossbench hereditary peers eligible to vote.

Lord Monkton has lied on numerous very clear counts - from the plight requiring the sale of his home to wearing and claiming a real and legal right to wear a badge, emblem or device leading people to believe he is a legitimate recipient participant of a Nobel Laureat.

Lord Monkton has lied and deceived in claiming that he is a member of the House of Lords which he never has been nor is he. Yet he commits the recognised crime of Passing Off by claiming to be a member and displaying a registered device, emblem or logo to which he has no entitlement.

Lord Christopher Monkton is a fraud claiming to have found cures to many notable diseases yet unable when challenged to show so much as a snippet of fact to back his claim whilst sheltering behind the claim, seemingly dishonest, that he has patents pending yet he is unable to supply the numbers of saidf claimed patents - there is every reason in medical and commercial terms to believe that Lord Christopher Monkton is a charlattan and a liar.

It is interesting to note that without training or experience he perports to have researched and provided much irrefutable fact supporting his claims regarding Global warming and climate change when it is clear he has plagiarised virtually all the material he uses and provides no credits, plaudits, acknowledgement and merely risibly claims the research for his own..

MEPs' free Viagra

EURO MEPs can claim for VIAGRA on their health insurance - and the taxpayer picks up the bill.

All Brussels officials and politicians can get the sex aid drug for free if needed.

They can even claim for HEROIN replacement methadone under the European Commission scheme.
Other free options include WILLY implants, the UK Independence Party discovered.

Marta Andreasen, an MEP for the party, said: "It is utterly bonkers what British taxpayers are funding for Eurocrats.
"Surely if they want these things, they should be able to pay themselves. It is a total waste of taxpayers' cash."

Official guidelines for claims reads: "Treatments with Viagra will from now on be reimbursable."

The document also says the cost of drugs used during withdrawal treatment for addicts should be reimbursed in full.

It adds: "These products qualify for a special reimbursement at the rate of 100 per cent for a maximum of six months."

Last year it was revealed MEPs receive public funding for massages and feng shui. Other perks which qualify include mud baths, hydromassage and mild electric shock treatment.

The TaxPayers' Alliance last night blasted the wasteful perks in Brussels.

Spokesman Matthew Sinclair said: "Taxpayers expect to see their money spent on providing essential services, not Viagra. The Government should insist on a better deal from Brussels."

a friend of mine noted this quote in a study of primates and felt I might have some undertanding of the concept, as I am always questing for the truth and to expose corruption and abuse.

The suggestion was that I have it laid out in calligraphy and framed on my office wall, above the computer, to understand the actions of abusers, politicians and their parasites why they behave that way when challenged.

As soon as they spot a predator (i.e. someone with a different opinion to their alpha-male troupe leader), the screeching, gibbering and poo-flinging begins, in an attempt to drive off the danger and return to their happy, unchallenging lives of picking lice off one another and grooming the troupe leader in the vain hope of scoring some status.

The lesser males make rude noises and gestures posturing and prancing around the edge of the troupe in desperate efforts to be seen to be challenging the outsiders.

Ahhh, technology.

Once, you had to travel half-way around the globe to watch fascinating, primitive primate rituals.

Now, you log on to one of the Forum sites or UKIP's NEC election site and watch their 'cabal & sychophants' to watch them do it from the comfort of your armchair.

People who voted UKIP in the General Election voted with their hearts. It felt good to be saying ‘No more Europe’ and to be cheering along to Nigel Farage’s excellent speeches. But look at the effects.

The Conservatives were moving, glacially but nonetheless moving, in a eurosceptic direction. Now they are locked in a coalition, which negates all the progress made, and has pushed euroscepticism off the government’s agenda. Just a few thousand of the million or so UKIP votes could have prevented the coalition, and the loss of the gains so painfully made inside the Conservative Party over the last ten years.

Things are not stopping there. The two europhile parties, Labour and Libdem, before the coalition formed, were divided. It made it possible to look forward to a Conservative majority with only 40% of the vote. The coalition is having the effect now of crashing support for the Lib Dems, mostly pushing it back to Labour, making the europhiles into a single strong force under the Labour flag.

A great opportunity has been lost to keep the europhiles separated.

The only way that a eurosceptic government will finally arrive at Westminster, will be through a Conservative majority. If the Conservative leadership is compromised by cryptic support for the EU, then only will a revolt from the Conservative backbenches bring in a leadership that fights for British independence. There is no other electoral possibility.

But EUkippers don’t see it.

In 2005, Blair might have been deprived of a majority if eurosceptics had all voted Conservative. Many are non-voters. A coalition between Liberal and Labour would have resulted, and the Conservative Party would have been driven onto an even more strongly eurosceptic stance by the weight of eurosceptic numbers inside the tent.

In 2010 the damage of eurosceptics not voting Conservative has been even greater, with the coalition suppressing euroscepticism, and Labour resurgent by gathering opposition to the coalition.

The point is that there is only one Party that will get Britain out of the EU. It’s not Labour. It’s not Lib Dem. It’s not UKIP. Who’s left? Eurosceptics should rally and vote Conservative, and battle for control of the party.

The EU is winning the game this week with its obtaining of police powers, and the arrest of the five English boys and their transfer to Greek jails though they did nothing at all. Make no mistake. Control of the Conservative Party is the only battlefield that counts if we want to fight these pernicious developments.

The EU knows that, and their supporters. How come Nigel Farage gets so much airtime compared to Conservative eurosceptics? UKIP is a carefully calibrated game to divide British eurosceptics, and people are falling for it by the million.

UKIPpers buy into the emotion. Going UKIP feels good. Yet these people are just like me, from another age where a spade was a spade, a lb was a lb, a yard was a yard. One thing, however, which should please us all, has not changed, and that is the only thing that counts. We still have a First Past The Post electoral system. Why can’t the traditionalists, who cheer Farage, as I also do in my heart, understand the political system that they have inherited from history?

If we were counting carrots into a bag, I’m sure everyone would get it.

Maybe that’s it. Eurosceptics need to envision MPs as vegetables going into a bag. If there’s more blue cabbages than red cabbages, and the blue cabbages have been selected well, the battle of the bag is won. There’s no point in growing lost of purple cabbages, none of which will ever get into the bag. What UKIPpers and other eurosceptics must see is that there is only one bag. If they don’t vote Conservative, they are not even going to be in it. Somehow rationality must override emotion, if eurosceptics want to win. Ukippers have got to wise up.

Once a very safe Conservative seat, now with LIb Dems obliterated, Labour are back in contention. UKIP’s 9% is enough to mean that labour might stand a chance of winning. Any damage done by UKIP standing in General Elections in the past will be as nothing to what could happen next. Labour could win the next GE, if this pattern replicates. (I assume the Independent took previous Lib Dem votes. If so, more could have gone to Labour, making this a marginal ).

As for David Cameron, there is also still the chance, however remote, that he is playing a double game – cooperating with the EU for now, but ready to make moves when the time is right. That is not something to discount to zero, even now. But if, as time goes by, he shows himself to be a traitor, the only battle that matters is still for the Conservative Party, and getting blue cabbages into the bag.

Much of what this blogger states here makes a great deal of sense  however it makes a couple of fundamental errors in my opinion.


You may well remember that at the previous General Election - in the early hours of the morning Richard North and I in a desperate attempt to keep some vestige of pressure on The Tories to TRY to keep them currying the favour of EUroSceptics and EUroRealists we hatched the plot to state that UKIP had cost The Tories 27 seats.


I remember well discussing this with Nigel Farage as the dawn broke!

The problem was UKIP had had a shattering wipeout when it had promised its members miracles.


The story stood and Richard went on to produce a pamphlet to that effect for The Bruges Group.

We see the same phenomenon here, though to get into the act and have ANY credibility, it caused Farage to put the titular leader of the party the bufoon Lord Pearson upto the ruse of betraying his own PPCs and electorate - not with a view to winning or losing seats because by the time the betrayal went into motion, all but a blind man could see that UKIP were not going to come within a country mile of winning a single seat and in fact they would be lucky to break 3% of the vote.

UKIP's leadership are proven to be perfectly capable and willing to rig internal votes but once outside their party they are hostages to fortune - as shown at the last EU elections where one of the most corrupt political parties became the dustbin for the Westminster allowances abuses protest - based on the fact that UKIP was irrelevant and it was EUrope anyway!!

UKIP rose from reasonable expectation of 3 or maybe 4 MEPs earned to managing, inspite of themselves, to get a protest lobby underway and garnered 13 based on the dustbin principle.


So Farage's plan at the General Election was then, to maintain some pretence of relevance to claim responsibility for what many political commentators were saying - including Richard and I - there would be a NOM hung parliament where because the Labour party would have lost such a huge number of votes would make a Labour coalition impossible.


So how was UKIP to retain some relevance - well simple, get some publicity by betraying their own people and doing a knife job on a few irrelevant nebishes, who UKIP could afford to upset support the Tory in those seats (it wouldn't make a blind bit of difference) Thus it could, falsely of course, be claimed UKIP had brought about a coalition.

The great problem of UKIP is that it is without ANY moral compass, ethics, principles, probity, gravitas or vision.


That is clearly the problem but the result is more serious in that just as UKIP is a fraud and has no earthly chance of achieving anything worthwhile - particularly on a domestic front where out of about 19,000 electable offices it holds under 20!

The huge damage is simple to see in that UKIP has established a brand with a valuation of around £15 . 20 Millions, but when you open the box you find it is a can of worms and minded of the first law of politics which is if you intend to open a can of worms be sure to have a larger can to hand!

UKIP stradles the main line of the EUsceptic express train - not as a Colossus but like a stumble bum on his way between shots of meths. to sustain him on route to the flop house.


UKIP, which is clearly going nowhere having been nowhere much is blocking the emergence not of a EUroSceptic Conservative Party as they have no spine left and it will be remembered that when it came to the crunch every single Tory that could be mustered, save Rupert Alison, voted YES in the final Maastricht vote. Bill Cash, Roger Knapman, Christopher Gill, Roger Evans et al VOTED YES - because turkeys don't vote for Christmas!

The Tories are NOT our solution they are a huge and overwhelming part of the problem.

The solution is we MUST break away from the same old, same old mistake.

As Einstein is reputed to have said 'To endlessly repeat the same experiment and expect a different result is the first sign of madness'. He was right.


But there is a solution:

we have many examples of the comments of the liar Douglas Denny who was thrown out as Returning Officer of UKIP during the farcical leadership election scam that put Nigel Farage in place as leader - Douglas Denny was, as you will all remember dumped for his efforts to corrupt the election, his dishonesty and his outright corruption of the due process. UKIP NEC removed him as being corrupt and untrustworthy and replaced him with Geoffrey Kingscott, who sadly was little better!

it would seem there is absolutely nothing that UKIP can do ethically and even worse - not content with failing to move UKIP one inch closer to the exit from the EU under Nigel Farage's leadership they have formed their own Pan EU Political Party EFD grouping which gathers together some of the most unpleasant and overt racists, anti Jewish, holocaust deniers, Nazi supporters and sexually intollerant criminal abusers in EU politics who want to support membership of The EU.

They then put Nigel Farage in the chair and we are told they are in the group for the money.

I understand the black prostitute who escorted Godfrey Bloom to a cash point was in it for the money, but that seems not to have crossed his mind when he tried to run off without paying! For more details CLICK HERE

Hypocracy is a main theme in UKIP - that is clear though for the life of me I find it hard to differentiate between hypocracy and outright dishonesty!

Many will remember that I backed Nigel Farage in all aspects and openly stated that as a supporter of many years standing I would continue to back him for as long as he never stood for leadership, in which case I would relentlessly oppose him - it was clear to me that Nigel Farage lacked the OQ, the integrity, the probity, the gravitas and any leadership skills - it is now clear to anyone but a fool that I was right!

Openly he forms vile groups and is like a badly behaved child an endless embarrassment yet for The Party keeping this performing monkey in the lime light has proved catastrophic as clearly the higher up the tree the monkey climbs the more you see its Rs.

The entire debacle with the Electoral Commission was ABSOLUTELY in line with my predictions - he has gathered around him such a claque of low grad trash as his NEC and MEPs that there is absolutely no one of caliber who can recognise the dangers and pitfalls whilst inflating bulldozers, dressing up as chickens, standing in APCs on trailers and pretending they are tanks, rushing around in a 1950s scout car out of a meuseum, standing in puddles on building sites, and endlessly making foolish insults just don't hack it for a political party but do much for Farage's personal promotion.

Having deliberately forced a confrontation with the Electoral Commission in the Courts, that was completely avoidable, and having risked the entire future of UKIP - we now find they were utterly dependent on the irrefutable fact that Charles Dickens was spot on when he gave Mr. Bumble when he said:

'The Law is an Ass, an Idiot'.

I QUOTE:

UKIP would repeal the Human Rights Act 1998 and withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In future the British courts would not be allowed to appeal to any international treaty or convention to override or set aside the provisions of any statue passed by Parliament.

Some interesting comments from one of the legal blogs:

The Supreme Court has narrowly held that the UK Independence Party (UKIP) can keep nearly all of a £349,216 donation despite the donor not being a permissible donor at the time of receipt, contrary to party funding rules under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.

The Supreme Court upheld an order originally made at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court to the effect that the party only had to give back a small proportion of the money. UKIP will now only have to forfeit £14,481, rather than the full amount. According to the BBC, this will save the party from financial ruin. We will have more detail on the decision, which was by a narrow 4-3 majority, soon. For those of you looking for more information on last week’s Supreme Court judgment on UKIP party funding (see our previous post), we have been sent an interesting analysis of the judgment from Lucy Colter at Four New Square Chambers.

Patrick Lawrence Q.C. and Can Yeginsu, also of Four New Square, appeared for UKIP. The judgment was only of tangential importance in respect of human rights, but Coulter addresses this towards the end of her article. The main point was that a court in future would have leeway as to how much it could order a party to forfeit. As such, the court was satisfied that the party funding legislation is sufficiently flexible so as not to contravene human rights law:

Lord Phillips also dealt very briefly (and almost in passing) with the Appellant’s subsidiary contention on the basis of Article 1 of the First Protocol to the European Convention on Human Rights, and agreed that total forfeiture should not be ordered in circumstances where it was a disproportionate sanction, as this would breach the Convention. The strongest dissent on this point was from Lord Brown, who was “at a loss to see” how forfeiture of a donation which by definition the party should not have accepted or kept could violate its human rights. Even if it could, “the court always has the option – and on that hypothesis would be bound – to make no forfeiture order at all.” But again this leaves the circumstances in which a court would not make an order at all very shadowy, and would provide a court with no guidance as to when the exercise the discretion undoubtedly contained in the word “may”.

UKIP's hypocracy is unacceptable, sordid, underhand and shamefull - sheltering behind the skirts of The EU from British Justice - evenignoring the ruling of the British appeal Courts who stated there were no legal or ethical grounds under British Law to appeal to The House of Lords - so what does UKIP under Farage do, and I always said he lacked both honour and OQ, but they dash off to seek to shelter behind the EU' Human Rights Laws they had expressly stated they would ban as a part of their Manifesto PLEDGE.

Further they were all too willing to pour salt in the wound of our Justice system and raise two fingers to Britain's appeal Courts and the House of Lords as they strutted off to lend greater legitimacy to The EUropean Union's corruption of British Justice by surplanting it with an EU Regional Supreme Court to be compliant with the rest of The EU and to inexorably and inevitably advance the demise of Justice in these United Kingdoms and our legal system founded on Natural Law and presumptions of innocence in trial before a Jury of one's peers under Habeas Corpus and the principles of No Double Jeopardy and the concept that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied.

Farage's UKIP has much aided, for their own squalid gain, the advance of the imposition of the Justinian codex of Law of Corpus Juris with its overlay of Code Napoleon - another step towards the destruction of the values of these United Kingdoms and the concepts and belief in Justice - a most  execution by Farage & UKIP for their own gain!

A measure of the assistance Farage's UKIP has given The EU by their total and shamefull abrogation of honour and duty as they defined for themselves in their own manifesto is shown in this legal comment:

Increasingly muscular Supreme Court good for human rights

 The UK’s new Supreme Court has reached the end of its first term, leading to some interesting discussions about its future from both practical and philosophical perspectives. From a human rights angle, a well-tooled and robust Supreme Court which acts to keep the government in check is good for everyone. 

On a practical level, the UK Supreme Court Blog has posted on the stark warning from the UKSC’s chief executive, Jenny Rowe, to the effect that the Government’s proposed budget cuts could cripple the new court after only a year in operation. The UKSC Blog reports that Jenny Rowe, the court’s Chief Executive, has said she is not sure where the axe will fall but that “since casework (i.e. the hearing and determination of appeals) was the Court’s “priority“, it would be the Court’s public education and outreach programmes that would be most vulnerable.“

As I have ALWAYS said, since my first involvement with UKIP some 14 years ago - I am a devoted backer of the principles and ethics of UKIP and would back Nigel Farage to the hilt as the party's performing monkey but would oppose him totally if he ever stood for leader as he has absolutely no principles and is a mere barrow boy without attributes to lead - at the moment UKIP has no ethics and is without principles and just look at the filth and the scum it has gathered around it.

Nikki SINCLAIRE BOUGHT A NEW VEHICLE for HER CROSS PARTY PETITION - We Understand Paul Nuttall spent some £30-40,000 on his personal delux Range Rover with its tinted windows and personalised number plate and Graham Booth bought an Aston Martin!

I would guess Ms. Sinclaire spent a tad under £10K on hers and a further £2K refurbing it to make it fit for purpose - unlike the other UKIP MEPs who are neither fit for purpose nor worth refurbing nor trustworth!

Nikki Sinclaire is determined to continue representing the West Midlands

One of the West Midlands' six MEPs was in Stoke-on-Trent to collect signatures for a petition calling for a referendum on the UK's membership of the EU.

Former UKIP member Nikki Sinclaire was elected in the 2008, but subsequently left the party.

She lost the whip after refusing to sit alongside UKIP's allies the EDF (Europe of Freedom and Democracy) group.

Ms Sinclaire has described members of the EDF as holding "a variety of extremist views". 

Despite no longer having the support of her party the Euro MP said she was "determined to continue representing the people of the West Midlands". 

In the meantime her brightly decorated campaign van will be travelling the six counties of the region in an effort to generate publicity for her petition.

As an aside - The Petition Campaign is strictly Cross Party and although our means and numbers are low Nikki Sinclaire has accepted the support of our small but 'embracing' Party/Alliance.

Really all we have to offer of consequence is some time, some endorsement but most of all the status of The Petition as a Cross Party entity which may make it easier for others to join.

As you do so I'd like you to spare a thought for Jim Watkins of The Gloucesters who stood his ground at The Somme, Ypres, Paschendale, Marne and many more FOR YOU, and for Kenneth Lorraine Watkins who with REME in The 8th. Army traversed Africa in Tank Recovery and up through Italy to stand in The Reichwald Forest Battle and more, and Winifred Beatrice Ferris/Watkins WRAF and Desmond John Watkins who as a fighter pilot died in his 80s still waking with nightmares from Bergen Belsen and before that the Falaise Box and scared to meet his maker for fear of the 1,000s he had killed for YOU & I.

I receive only today just over 100 photographs of North Africa from Lesley's Grandfather, who did his duty for you in the RAF, which will find their way onto the internet soon.
